Počelo testiranje prvog bh. respiratora
Inžinjeri iz Gradačca konstruisali su prvi bh. respirator čije je testiranje počelo danas. I dok se očekuje da uskoro počne i serijska proizvodnja, svi su saglasni da je ovo jedan od najznačajnih projekata u vrijeme krize.
Dva mjeseca je trajala priprema, a samo mjesec proces konstrukcije prvog prototipa respiratora u našoj zemlji. Sve je urađeno u rekordnom roku.
– U rekordnom vremenu napravili smo šemu, povezali smo s elektronikom, naručili komponente i prije pet dana smo dobili zadnju komponentnu koja je nedostajala. Sad je uređaj u fazi montaže – navodi Emir Softić, rukovodilac tehničke pripreme i tehnologije u TMD Group-Kovgrad.
Angažovano je 40 domaćih i međunarodnih eksperata, asistiraju i domaći medicinski stručnjaci. Prva faza testiranja je uspješno počela.
– Mi se bavimo ‘tvrdim’ mašinstvom, ovo je medicinska oprema, bilo je zahtjevno. Nismo poklekli, uradili smo ono što je traženo od nas. Nadam se da će se ovaj uređaj moći koristiti – kaže Softić.
– Svaki dio koji proizvodimo za željeznicu, avione, kamione ili automobile je opasan. On mora proći određene faze testiranja kako bi bio apsolutno siguran. Tako je i s ovim uređajem. Pogotovo što je ovdje još zahtjevnije jer se radi direktno o zdravlju – ističe Adem Hanić, direktor TMD-Group d.o.o. Gradačac.
Ovi stručnjaci su uspješno servisirali i jedan respirator koji nije bio u funkciji na UKC-u Tuzla. Nakon testiranja, počinje proizvodnja koja treba proći i certificikaciju za zahtjevno evropsko i svjetsko tržište.
