Nakon mjesec i po FBiH dobila stabilizacijske ekonomske mjere

Delegati Doma naroda Parlamenta Federacije BiH danas su, konačno, usvojili tzv. “korona-zakon” – Zakona o ublažavanju negativnih ekonomskih posljedica izazvanih pandemijom koronavirusa odnosno korona-zakonu.

Za usvajanje zakona su glasala 32 delegata, protiv je bilo 15 i tri delegata su bila suzdržana..

Ranije, u Predstavničkom domu korona-zakon prošao je sa minimalno potrebnih 50 glasova.

On predviđa, između ostalog, subvencioniranja doprinosa za obavezna osiguranja, obustavu obračuna i plaćanje zatezne kamate na javne prihode, prekid svih upravnih, parničnih, vanparničnih i izvršnih postupaka za vrijeme stanja nesreće, kao i uspostavu garancijskog fonda.

Posebno zanimljiv je član 4. ovog zakona koji predviđa subvencioniranje doprinosa i koji se u posljednjih mjesec i po mijenjao nekoliko puta.

Tek nakon što korona-zakon stupi na snagu firme će moći predati zahtjev za pomoć iz stavke 4 ovog zakona s dokazom o padu prometa za minimalno 20 posto u odnosu na isti mjesec prošle godine.

Opozicija je zakon ocijenila zakašnjelim i nedovoljno dobrim, navodeći da on spašava javni sektor i da on dodatno motivira poslodavce da otpuštaju radnike.
