Vlada FBiH traži mogućnost raskida ugovora sa “Srebrenom malinom”
Vlada Federacije BiH razmatra mogućnost raskida ugovora s poljoprivrednim preduzećem “Srebrena malina” ili proglašavanje ugovora ništavnim s obzirom na to da ključne stavke nisu ispoštovane.Na današnjoj sjednici Vlade FBiH razgovarano je o izvještaju o javnim nabavkama Federalne uprave civilne zaštite od perioda proglašenja stanja prirodne nesreće (16. mart), koji je tek jučer dostavljen.
S tim u vezi Vlada formira nekoliko zaključaka među kojima je i zahtjev Pravobranilaštvu FBiH s ciljem da se raskine ugovor sa “Srebrenom malinom” ili da se ugovor proglasi ništavnim. Ugovor nije ispoštovan jer su nabavljeni respiratori koji se ne mogu koristiti u jedinicama intenzivne njege.
Ipak, i ako ugovor bude raskinut, teško je očekivati da će Vlada FBiH moći vratiti novac, odnosno da će “Srebrena malina” biti u mogućnosti nabaviti respiratore koji su potrebni za bolničko liječenje. Sve djeluje da će ovaj potez biti samo očajnički potez da se makar pokuša nešto uraditi. Greška je učinjena na početku kod samog procesa izbora dobavljača, a ko će za to odgovarati znat ćemo nakon istrage Tužilaštva BiH.
Treba istaći da osim što su respiratori pogrešni, preostalih 20 komada još nikada nije stiglo, probijeni su i rokovi definisani ugovorom, a i sam izbor ponuđača je više nego sporan.
Vlada FBiH je dostavila svu dokumentaciju istražnim organima, a poručuju da podržavaju istragu u vezi sa svim nepravilnostima u procesu javnih nabavki.
Ministri su danas postavljali brojna pitanja u vezi sa spornom nabavkom respiratora i drugih javnih nabavki FUCZ-a, a ta institucija je obavezna da do sljedeće sjednice Vlade FBiH pismeno dostavi odgovore na sva pitanja.
