BOSS: Proglašenje stanja epidemije može rezultirati izrazitim pogoršanjem egzistencije građana
Saopštenje u povodu potrebe uvođenja mjera zabrane u zaštiti od virusa
Odluka Kriznog štab Federalnog ministarstva zdravstva da se odobri zahtjev Tuzlanskom kantonu i Kantonu Sarajevo za proglašenje stanja epidemije, te prijedlog da se stanje epidemije proglasi na području cijele FBiH može rezultirati izrazitim pogoršanjem egzistencije građana, koji se već nalaze na rubu ekonomskog opstanka, ukoliko se ponovo donesu odluke o mjerama zabrane upozorava predsjednik BOSS-a Mirnes Ajanović.
Potrebno je uvođenje zabrane mjera zabrane u zaštiti od virusa, jer su restriktivne mjere u vrijeme proglašenje stanja prirodne nesreće prouzrokovale gotovo svima ogromne ekonomske štete sa dugotrajnim posljedicama. Pokazuju se opravdanim upozorenja o federalnom korona zakonu da je prekomplikovana procedura ostvarivanja prava da bi poslodavci odustali od svakako minimalnih obeštećenja, a brojni građani nisu ni obuhvaćeni zakonom.
U aktuelnom stanju djelovanja tuntavih poslanika koji su usvajali korona zakona, kao i zvaničnika koji stanje epidemije koriste za lično bogaćenje zloupotrebom službenog položaja, ne smije se dozvoliti uvođenje bilo kakvih mjera zabrane kretanja a posebno zabrane rada bilo koje institucije ili poslovnog subjekta.
Ne može se smatrati da je zadovoljavajuće epidemiološko stanje kada su građani pod policijskim satom i zabranom izlaska ili rada, te u okolnostima kada je evidentno da svijet mora živjeti sa koronavirusom kao i sa svim virusima – stanja tzv. kriznih virusnih talasa treba prevazilaziti zaštitnim mjerama fizičke distance, dezinfekcije i nošenja zaštitnih maski, jer se pokazalo da se koronavirus može i preboljeti i preživjeti ali teško da građani mogu preživjeti nove mjere zabrane i progresivnu recesiju, upozorava predsjednik BOSS-a Mirnes Ajanović.
