Italija oživjela: Veliki broj turista ponovo posjetio Veneciju nakon četiri mjeseca
Nakon četiri mjeseca pandemije turisti su se u velikom broju vratili u Italiju, tačnije, Veneciju povodom upriličenog ponovnog otvaranja Palazzo Ducale u subotu.Euronews piše da je tom događaju prisustvovalo oko stotinu posjetilaca, domaćih i stranih koji su stajali u redu ispred šaltera Doge's palače na 300 metara kvadratnih na Trgu svetog Marka.
Hiljadu ulaznica je bilo rezervisano putem interneta za taj dan kada se palača ponovo otvarala za posjetioce.
“Riječ je o snažnim emocijama, uzbuđeni smo kao prvog dana škole. Bilo je onih koji su jutros od 08:00 čekali u redu i zaista smo ih željno iščekivali”, kazala je predsjednica Fondacije gradskih muzeja u Veneciji Maria Cristina Gribaudi.
U palači iz 14. vijeka obavezno je nošenje maske i na svakom mjestu su postavljena upozorenja o obaveznom držanju fizičke distance. Također su sve dvorane pod nadzorom kako bi se spriječilo okupljanje ljudi.

Nakon nekoliko mjeseci bez turista, ovaj vikend je donio naglu promjenu i u Veneciji je bila uobičajena gužva kao i prije u proljeće.
Radnje sa suvenirima su ponovo otvorene kao i gotovo sve ostale trgovine, ali i ugostiteljski objekti uključujući i historijski kafić Florian.
Osim oko Doge's palače, veliki broj posjetilaca se kretao i blizu mosta Rialto, a bučne gondole i vaporetti s turistima ponovo su plovili poznatim kanalima.
“Nadamo se da ćemo u budućnosti imati nešto laganiji turizam, a to ne znači da će ga biti manje nego ćemo samo imati bolju organizaciju”, istakla je direktorica Fondacije gradskih muzeja u Veneciji Gabriela Belli.

U Italiji je u maju ukinut veći dio ograničenja i restriktivnih mjera, a svoje granice je 3. juna u potpunosti otvorila turistima iz Evropske unije.
Iako djeluje da koronavirus slabi u ovoj zemlji koja je bila jedna od najteže pogođenih na svijetu, u subotu broj umrlih od povećan je za 78 na 34.301 od početka širenja zaraze, objavila je talijanska civilna zaštita, a zabilježeno je 346 novozaraženih. Inače je u Italiji do sada zaraženo više od 236.000 osoba.
