Pretresi na poručju Brčkog, Obudovca, Bijeljine, Tuzle, Srebrenika, Živinica, Sarajeva, Zenice, Travnika, Novog Travnika, Viteza, Posušja, Gruda, Ljubuškog i Mostara
Policijski službenici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA) jutros su po naredbama Suda BiH i Tužilaštva BiH započeli veliku operativnu akciju kodnog naziva „Delta“.
U toku su pretresi stambenih i poslovnih objekata, i pokretnih stvari na ukupno 29 lokacija na području Brčkog, Obudovca, Bijeljine, Tuzle, Srebrenika, Živinica, Sarajeva, Zenice, Travnika, Novog Travnika, Viteza, Posušja, Gruda, Ljubuškog i Mostara.
Prema informacijama “Avaza” u ovoj akciji, koja je započela rano jutros, osumnjičene su 34 osobe. No, za sada niko nije uhapšen. Iz izvora bliskih istrazi saznajemo da mnoge osobe nisu dostupne istražnih organima. Saznajemo da je na čelu ove kriminalne grupe Hercegovac.
Navedene aktivnosti provode se postojanja osnova sumnje u izvršenje krivičnog djela iz Krivičnog zakona Bosne i Hercegovine, organizirani kriminal u vezi s krivičnim djelima nedozvoljen promet akciznih proizvoda i pranje novca.
– Osumnjičena lica terete se da su u saradnji sa drugim licima, s ciljem sticanja protivpravne imovinske koristi, osnovali grupu za organizirani kriminal, radi nezakonitog stavljanja u promet duhana za pušenje i cigareta, bez plaćanja akcize na duvan za pušenje i cigarete i bez obilježavanja navedenih proizvoda akciznim markicama Bosne i Hercegovine, čime je budžet Bosne i Hercegovine oštećen za iznos oko 36.000.000 KM po osnovu neplaćene akcize na duvan za pušenje i cigarete – rečeno je iz SIPA-e
