Hanić za BiznisInfo: BiH ulazi u novu industriju, u Gradačcu ćemo praviti respiratore za svjetsko tržište
U Gradačcu osnovana nova kompanija za razvoj i proizvodnju medicinske opreme – u najavi potpisivanje ugovora s britanskim kliničkim centrom
Nakon što je respirator proizveden u Gradačcu certificiran u Velikoj Britaniji, kompanija TMD korak je bliže početku njegove proizvodnje. Iako je certifikacija samog respiratora tek jedan od koraka koji vode ka proizvodnji ovog sofisticiranog uređaja, on je i najvažniji.
Kaže to za BiznisInfo Adem Hanić, direktor TMD-a.
– Respirator je certificiran i to je najvažnija stepenica ka proizvodnji. Predstoji nam još nekoliko koraka. Postoji certifikacija svake komponente, zatim kliničko certificiranje, pa certificiranje firme i usvajanje standarda. Dakle, čitav niz aktivnosti do proizvodnje medicinske opreme, jer za nju postoje posebni standardi. Međutim, ono što je bitno je da su stručnjaci u Velikoj Britaniji dali našem respiratoru jednu od najviših ocjena i to među firmama iz cijelog svijeta. Bilo je tu i 5,6 velikih kompa nija koje su certificirale svoje uređaje u toku ove godine i jedna od najboljih ocjena odnosi se upravo na naš respirator. Dali su i neke sugestije no one su gotovo već otklonjene – kaže Hanić za naš portal.
Uskoro proizvodnja
Proizvodnja bi tako mogla početi u prvoj polovini sljedeće godine a TMD je u međuvremenu poduzeo još jedan korak – osnovana je nova firma koja će se baviti proizvodnjom medicinskih uređaja.
TMD grupa ovim ulazi u jednu potpuno novu industriju ne samo za kompaniju koja je do sada radila u sektoru automotiva nego i za Bosnu i Hercegovinu. Nova kompanija osim respiratora praviće i druge medicinske uređaje a ima velike planove.
– Sada već možemo govoriti i o proizvodnji. Ona bi mogla početi u prvoj polovini sljedeće godine, a to znači i nove investicije i nova zapošljavanja i ulazak u jednu sasvim novu industriju. Već sad smo sigurni da ćemo se pozicionirati ne samo na evropskom nego i na svjetskom tržištu – najavljuje Hanić, pominjući i mogućnost osnivanja zajednočke firme ili potpisivanje ugovora sa nekom od velikih kompanija koje pokažu interes za proizvodnju ovog uređaja.
Ugovor s Britancima
Saradnja s UKC-om Tuzla biće nastavljena a Hanić ekskluzivno najavljuje kako će biti i proširena i to s Britancima.
– Potpisaćemo zajednički ugovor o saradnji između Kliničkog centra u Velikoj Britanjji, Kliničkog centra u Tuzli i TMD-a – najavljuje Hanić.
Ističe kako upravo UKC-u Tuzla duguje veliku zahvalnost za predan rad njihovih eksperata koji su zajedno s TMD-ovim inžinjerima radili na razvoju prototipa prvog bh. respiratora.
Ističe i ulogu ambasadora Velike Britanije u BiH Matthewa Fielda i ambasadora BiH u Velikoj Britaniji Vanje Filipovića koji su koordinirali proces certifikacije.
Tržišna cijena
O cijeni bosanskohercegovačkog respiratora još je rano govoriti no Hanić ističe kako će se on uklopiti u cijene istog proizvoda na tržištu..
– Cijene su od 30.000 KM do 30.000 eura. Govorimo o normalnim, uobičajenim cijenama, ne onima koje se formiraju u vremenu krize – zaključuje Hanić.
