Vlada TK konstatirala nastupanje vanrednih prilika, usvojen Budžet TK
Nakon razmatranja Informacije predsjednika Skupštine TK Vlada je danas prema odredbama ustava TK konstatirala nastupanje vanrednih prilika. Iz naprijed navedenog proizašla su ovlaštenja i obaveza Vlade TK za donošenje propisa/akata od vitalnog značaja za kanton, a koje su inače u nadležnosti Skupštine TK.
Obzirom na ovlasti koje su joj pripale Vlada je donijela Budžet za 2021. godinu, Zakon o izvršenju Budžeta za 2021. godinu, te dala saglasnost na Finansijski plan ZZO TK za 2021. godinu. Donošenjem ovih odluka stvoreni su preduslovi za nesmetan nastavak pružanja zdravstvene zaštite zdravstvenim osiguranicima u TK kao i nesmetano realiziranje i konzumiranje svih prava iz Budžeta TK.
Svi propisi/akti koji su danas doneseni će odmah po prestanku okolnosti zbog kojih Skupština ne može zasjedati, biti podneseni Skupštini TK na potvrđivanje.
