U oktobru mjesecu svim igračima, pa i Kosti je rečeno da će radi korone biti kolektivno smanjene ugovora. Sve je bilo ok. Dobio je prilično dobre uslove za našu ligu i rekao je da nema problema. Tako je bilo sve do prije nekoliko dana. Čuli smo da se za njega interesuje Orašje, a mi smo u međuvremenu angažovali Salihovića, koji je najbolji strijelac Prve lige u istoriji i mladog Hasukića. Očigledno je da se Kosta prepao konkurencije i tražio iste i veće uslove od onih koje je imao. Rekao sam mu da od toga nema ništa. Onda je krenula priča o dugovanjima, istina dužni smo mu pola plate za nove,bar mjesec, ali vam garantujem da smo taj dug isplatili svim igračima koji su došli na pripreme. Njega je taj novac takođe čekao, međutim 15. Januara kada je zakazana prozivka Kosta šalje poruku da se testirao i da ima koronu. Pisao je treneru mati Neretljaku i meni. Ja sam rekao ok, ali za ulazak u BiH ti ne treba test, dok mu je Mato Neretljak rekao da mora poslati valjani test. On to nije uradio i time je narušio klupsku disciplinu. Mi smo ga odlučili suspendovati, na sto je on rekao da ne živi u Vučkovcima, jedno naše obližnje selo, te da ne može po snijegu dolaziti, te je on prvi počeo da vređa, a ne mi. I tako je krenulo, poruka za porukom, rekao sam mu dođi bićeš isplaćen. Istina rekao sam mu i da je za 15 kola dao jedan gol i da je bio preplaćen. Ako je to vrijeđanje onda je istina da sam ga uvrijedio. Da bi on i dalje insistirao na raskidu ugovora. Tada sam mu poručio – Dođi u Gradačac i riješićemo i raskid, a ne preko poruka. On je to odbio. Kad sam mu napisao da ne mora dolaziti i da ćemo ga plaćati, a da neće odigrati minute, onda je sve poruke proslijedio sindikatu fudbalera. Još jednom napominjem Kosta Bajić ima ugovor do ljeta, novac za potpis ugovora je od bivše uprave dobio, prema tome on je dužan da se pojavi u klubu, napisao nam je u svojoj izjavu sportski direktor Zvijezde Gradačac Fahrudin Piskić.
