Materijali za 2. redovnu sjednicu Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačac planiranu za dan 04.02.2021. godine (četvrtak),u sali za sjednice „Gradačačkog sajma“sa početkom rada u 9:00 sati

Kolegij Gradskog vijeća za sjednicu predlaže slijedeći

D N E V N I   R E D:

  1. Prijedlog odluke o davanju saglasnosti za upis prava vlasništva u korist JZU Centar za fizikalnu medicinu, rehabilitaciju i banjsko liječenje „Ilidža“ Gradačac.
  2. Prijedlog odluke o utvrđivanju javnog interesa (put Ormanica).
  3. Prijedlog odluke o gubitku statusa dobra u opštoj upotrebi. 4.Prijedlog odluke o gubitku statusa nepokretnosti javnog dobra – vode.
  4. Prijedlog odluke o gubitsku statusa javnog dobra put (Skenderović Midhat).
  5. Prijedlog odluke o prodaji nekretnine neposrednom pogodbom, radi oblikovanja građevinske čestice (Aljić Sejfudin).
  6. Prijedlog odluke o dopuni Odluke broj: 01-05-34/19. od 31.01.2019. godine (Mejremići).
  7. Prijedlog odluke o privremenom smanjenju zakupnine za objekat autobuske stanice sa zemljištem i pratećim sadržajima koji su u funkciji objekta.
  8. Prijedlog odluke o izdavanju u zakup zemljišta radi organizovanja tržnice/pijace u k.o. Porebrice, putem licitacije.
  9. Prijedlog odluke o produženju Ugovora o zakupu sportske dvorane sa pripadajućim zemljištem i pratećim sadržajima kao dobra u opštoj upotrebi Javnom preduzeću „Parkinzi“ Gradačac broj: 02-14- 135/16. od 15.01.2016. godine.
  10. Prijedlog odluke o izmjeni i dopuni Odluke o uslovima i načinu izdavaja u zakup poslovnih zgrada i prostorija u vlasništvu Grada Gradačac broj: 01-04-144/20, od 25.06.2020. godine.
  11. Prijedlog odluke o raspisivanju javnog poziva za prikupljanje ponuda političkih stranaka, za dodjelu u zakup poslovnih prostorija u vlasništvu Grada Gradačac.
  12. Prijedlog odluke o raspisivanju javnog poziva za prikupljanje ponuda boračkih udruženja, humanitarnih organizacija, kao i udruženja i organizacija od posebnogkulturnog i društvenog interesa za dodjelu u zakup poslovnih prostorija u vlasništvu Grada Gradačac.
  13. Prijedlog odluke o visini zakupnine za izdavanje u zakup neizgrađenog građevinskog zemljišta radi korištenja postojećih objekata privremnog karaktera za 2021. godinu.
  14. Prijedlog odluke o visini naknade za korištenje dijela javne površine na području grada Gradačac za 2021. godinu.
  15. Prijedlog odluke o visini nakade za korištenje taksi stajališta na području grada Gradačac za 2021. god.
  16. Prijedlog odluke o visini naknade za korištenje javne površine na određenoj k.č. na području grada Gradačac za potrebe sportsko-rekreacionog sadržaja za 2021. godinu.
  17. Prijedlog programa o dopuni Programa o javnim parkiralištima.
