Usvojen Budžet Grada Gradačac za 2021. godinu

Na današnjoj trećoj redovnoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Gradačac vijećnici su usvojili Budžet Grada Gradačac za 2021. godinu. Budžet Grada Gradačac za 2021. godinu usvojen je u iznosu od 18.496.399 miliona KM. Parametri koji su korišteni za projekciju prihoda u Prijedlogu Budžeta su prihodi ostvareni u Budžetu Grada Gradačac u periodu januar – decembar 2020. godine, na osnovu čega je izvršena procjena ostvarenja prihoda za 2021. godinu. Nakon usvajanja Budžeta usvojen je i „Prijedlog odluke o izvršenju Budžeta Grada Gradačac za 2021. godinu“ dokument koji omogućava njegovo izvršenje.

Gradonačelnik je u svom obrazloženju Budžeta Grada Gradačac istakao da osim planiranih sredstava u budžetu Grada Gradačac trenutno se izvode radovi na području Gradačca u iznosu od cca. 6 miliona KM koja su kreditna i grant sredstva odobrena Gradačcu u proteklom periodu.

Nihad Sušić je davanjem svečane izjave preuzeo vijećnički mandat budući da je u proteklom periodu vijećnik Hasan Topčagić podnio ostavku. Također Vijeće je upoznato i o formiranju Kluba samostalnih vijećnika kojeg čine Miralem Kamberović i Enis Ibrahimović.

SJEDNICA PREKINUTA

Zbog opširnog dnevnog reda, složenosti materijala i uzimajući u obzir epidemiološku situaciju sjednica je prekinuta na zahtjev Kluba SDP-a, službeno je objašnjenje prekida sjednice.

Kako saznajemo situacija je drugačija i po svemu sudeći sjednica je prekinuta jer se doslovno ne zna ni ko pije ni ko plaća. Interesantno je da je većina po svemu sudeći pukla i da je vladajući SDP izglasao budžet uz glasove opozicionog PDA.

IZ PDA GLASALI ZA BUDŽET ZA KOJI TVRDE DA JE UNAPRIJED POTROŠEN

-Niko ne spominje veliki deficit u Budžetu Grada Gradačac, netransparentno i sumnjivo trošenje sredstava za „historijski projekat“ Južni vodovod, višak radnika u Gradskoj upravi, Komunalnom preduzeću, prezaduženost i deficit u Domu zdravlja, najvišu cijenu vode u regionu koju plaćaju građani Gradačca, izgradnji gradske garaže, adaptaciji zgrade kina i dr. Te što je prema izjavi gradonačelnika Edisa Dervišagića gradski budžet za 2021.godinu unaprijed potrošen. O bilo kakvom kulturnom, zabavnom i sportskom životu u gradu nema niti pomena. – naveli su iz PDA u saopštenju 11.januara ove godine.
