Gordana Tadić je razriješena dužnosti glavne tužiteljice Tužilaštva BiH i ostat će samo državna tužiteljica, piše portal Istraga.
Prvostepena disciplinska komisija VSTV-a, saznaje Istraga, utvrdila je da je Gordana Tadić, postupajući kao glavna tužiteljica Tužilaštva BiH, počinila disciplinske prekršaje koji se odnose na automatsku dodjelu krivičnih predmeta i sigurnosne provjere.
Odluka Disciplinske komisije dostavljena je u ponedjeljak čelnicima VSTV-a i Uredu disciplinske tužiteljice.
Do pravosnažnosti odluke – Gordana Tadić neće biti biti udaljena sa mjesta glavne državne tužiteljice, što je do sada nezabilježena praksa u bh. pravosuđu. Na ovu odluku ona ima pravo žalbe.
UDT je početkom aprila ove godine podnio disciplinsku tužbu protiv glavne državne tužiteljice Gordane Tadić.
