Komšić: Ne postoji pravni osnov da Tužilaštvo BiH pokrene postupke protiv hrvatskih generala
Predsjedavajući Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine Željko Komšić komentarisao je pokretanje krivičnih postupaka protiv generala Republike Hrvatske koje je zahtijevalo Tužilaštvo BiH od hrvatskog pravosuđa, zbog sumnje da su počinili ratne zločine tokom akcije “Bljesak” Hrvatske vojske (HV).
– Po mom mišljenju, ne postoji niti jedan pravni osnov da Tužilaštvo Bosne i Hercegovine pokrene takve postupke. Jer, i ako postoji takvo krivično djelo, ono nije počinjeno niti na teritoriji Bosne i Hercegovine niti nad državljanima Bosne i Hercegovine. Za takvo nešto može biti samo i isključivo nadležno Tužilaštvo Republike Hrvatske – rekao je Komšić, saopćeno je iz Predsjedništva BiH.
Podsjetimo, Tužilaštvo BiH zatražilo je od Hrvatske da preuzme procesuiranje 14 generala Hrvatske vojske (HV), osumnjičene za ratne zločine tokom akcije HV-a “Bljesak”. Bosna i Hercegovina optužene tereti za dva krivična djela – ratni zločin protiv civila te povredu zakona i običaja ratovanja.
Brojne reakcije su uslijedile iz Hrvatske, reagovali su visoki dužnosnici, ali i sami akteri. Oni ističu da nema razloga za bilo kakvo procesuiranje, te da hrvatski generali neće biti gonjeni u toj državi.
