Muslimani moraju preuzeti odgovornost za mir i budućnost čovječanstva
Predsjednik Republike Turske Recep Tayyip Erdogan poručio je kako muslimani moraju preuzeti odgovornost za svoj mir i dobrobit, kao i za sigurnost i budućnost cijelog čovječanstva, prenosi Anadolija.
Erdogan se videoporukom obratio na četvrtoj generalnoj skupštini Foruma mladih Organizacije islamske saradnje.
Navodeći kako danas svjedočimo jednom od najburnijih razdoblja u historiji čovječanstva, turski predsjednik rekao je da sigurnosni problemi, terorističke aktivnosti i epidemije koje neprestano zauzimaju svjetsku agendu ne dopuštaju da se u potpunosti postignu željeni mir i blagostanje.
Ističući da su ti problemi, koji prijete cijelom čovječanstvu, nažalost ostavili najdublje tragove na području muslimanskog svijeta, Erdogan je nastavio:
“Muslimani koji se bore sa sukobima, migracijama, siromaštvom i bolestima na širokom geografskom području, od Sirije do Afganistana, moraju se istovremeno boriti s rastućom islamofobijom i rasizmom, posebno na Zapadu. Gotovo svaki dan čitamo vijesti o našoj braći koja su maltretirana i diskriminirana zbog svojih uvjerenja, mahrame i odjeće, u zemljama koje su navodno kolijevka demokratije. Nije moguće da se nastavi ovaj nepravedni poredak, gdje postoje glad, rat i ekstremno siromaštvo s jedne strane, te luksuz, razvrat i iskorištavanje s druge.”
Podsjetio je kako Turska konstantno ukazuje na globalnu nepravdu i naglašava da je “svijet veći od pet” – misleći na pet stalnih članica Vijeća sigurnosti UN-a.
“Niko od nas ne može sebi dopustiti taj luksuz da samo gleda ovaj poredak. Muslimani moraju preuzeti odgovornost za svoj mir i dobrobit, kao i za sigurnost i budućnost cijelog čovječanstva, te pojačati svoj glas pred nepravdama kojima svjedoče”, poručio je Erdogan.
