Komšić SNSD-u i HDZ-u: Čemu kukanje, sami ste potpisali
Osim neutemeljenih optužbi i pokušaja uvreda, nismo mogli čuti nijedan kontrargument koji bi se ticao nedopustivosti odbacivanja koncepta konstitutivnosti naroda, kazao je predsjedavajući Predsjedništva BiH Željko Komšić.
“Međutim, gospoda iz SNSD-a i HDZ-a znaju da nismo mi izmislili potrebu odustajanja od koncepta konstitutivnosti, nego to piše u presudama Evropskog suda za ljudska prava. Prema tome, oni su u sukobu sa sudom u Strazburu, a ne sa mnom ili sa onima koji dijele moje mišljenje”, dodao je.
Komšić navodi da su i SNSD i HDZ se obavezali na odbacivanje konstitutivnosti, prihvatanjem 14 prioriteta iz Mišljenja Evropske komisije, gdje jasno stoji da se moraju implementirati presude u kojima se nalaže odbacivanje konstitutivnosti, piše N1.
“Zato i tvrdim da je to međunarodna obaveza. Dakle, gospodo iz SNSD-a i HDZ-a, sami ste to potpisali. Čemu sad kukanje”, istakao je Željko Komšić.
