Merkel pozvala da se glasa za Armina Lascheta
Njemačka kancelarka Angela Merkel pozvala je glasače da glasaju za Armina Lascheta, konzervativnog kandidata njene Kišćansko-demokratske unije (CDU) da bi Njemačka “ostala stabilna” u izjavi dva dana pred izbore na kojima će se odrediti njen nasljednik na čelu zemlje.
„Da bi Njemačka ostala stabilna, Armin Laschet treba da postane savezni kancelar“, rekla je Merkel na sastanku svoje stranke pred nedjeljne izbore.
Na izborima se najavljuje tijesan duel između favorita kandidata Socijaldemokrata Olafa Scholz i njegovog rivala na desnici Lascheta.
„Pitanje ko će vladati Njemačkom nije nevažno“, dodala je ona i upozorila na scenario u slučaju pobjede socijaldemokratskog kandidata Olafa Scholza koji vodi prema anketama.
„Da li možete da zamislite crveno-crveno-zelenu vladu“ pitala je ona predstavnike njenog CDU-a i sestrinskog CSU, okupljenim u Minhenu, najvećem gradu u Bavarskoj na posljednjem predizbornom mitingu.
Među mogućim opcijama za buduću koaliciju nije isključen savez „crveni-crveni-zeleni“ socijaldemokratskog kandidata SPD-a Olafa Scholza, partije radikalne ljevice Die Linke i Zelenih.
Ta koalicija međutim nije najvjerovatnija i suočena je sa brojnim ideološkim razlikama između te tri partije.
Međutim konzervativci koji ne stoje sjajno prema anketama mašu sa tom mogućnošću kao crvenom maramom da mobilišu svoje glasače.
Kancelarka je kritikovala najavljeno podizanje poreza koje je najavio socijaldemokratski kandidat i rekla da će to otjerati njemačke firme u Austriju ili Holandiju.
„To nije naša politika“, rekla je ona i rekla da više voli politiku koja dozvoljava da kompanije ostanu kod kuće i tu stvaraju radna mjesta da bi Njemačka mogla da prosperira.
