Dodik: Povlačimo saglasnosti za Oružane snage BiH i VSTV

Ovih dana popisujemo sve ono što je urađeno od strane visokih predstavnika ili kroz naše sporazume i davanja saglasnosti, naveo je Dodik

Član Predsjedništva BiH Milorad Dodik poručio je večeras da će biti povučene saglasnosti RS-a date na sporazume o vojsci (formiranju Oružanih snaga BiH) i Visokog sudskog i tužilačkog vijeća (VSTS).

– Ovih dana popisujemo sve ono što je urađeno od strane visokih predstavnika ili kroz naše sporazume i davanja saglasnosti. Mi ćemo povući naše saglasnosti na sporazume o vojsci i VSTV-u – rekao je Dodik novinarima u Banja Luci.

On je istakao da postoji želja da se predloži, a o čemu će se ovih dana i odlučivati, da se kroz “rušenje” zakona o vojsci u roku od nekoliko mjeseci formira vojska Republike Srpske.

– To je sve u skladu sa Ustavom i nema mjesta na svijetu gdje se zakonom pokušava srušiti Ustav, samo nama pokušavaju tako nešto da kažu. U Ustavu BiH piše da postoji vojska Republike Srpske – naveo je Dodik.

On je pozvao na konsenzus u Narodnoj skupštini Republike Srpske prema tim i drugim bitnim pitanjima za ovaj entitet, među kojima su i nametnute odluke visokih predstavnika.

On je ukazao na to da u RS-u postoji većina koja može odlučivati, dodajući da bi bilo dobro da u stvarima bitnim po Republiku Srpsku svi u tome budu, te ih je i pozvao na to.

– Mi smo ti koji imamo izvorna ovlaštenja, a to što neko kome je dato da tumači Dejtonski sporazum kroz izvršne odluke nameće promjenu ustavnog sistema, to mu nije dato – istakao je  Dodik.
