Komšić poručio Dodiku: To je krivično djelo pobune
Predsjedavajući Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine Željko Komšić izjavio je da je jučerašnja izjava člana Predsjedništva BiH Milorada Dodika krivično djelo, u kojoj je najavio da će biti povučene saglasnosti Republike Srpske date na sporazume o vojsci (formiranju Oružanih snaga BiH) i Visokog sudskog i tužilačkog savjeta (VSTS).
“Ne može se u Narodnoj skupštini Republike Srpske ništa povući jer sve te institucije formirane su nakon što je većina u Parlamentu BiH njihovo formiranje izglasala, uključujući i SNSD“, istakao je Komšić.
“Dakle, bez Parlamenta BiH, te odluke nema. Osim toga, to je krivično djelo pobune“, naglasio je predsjedavajući Predsjedništva BiH.
Podsjetimo, Dodik je sinoć kazao kako proteklih dana popisuju sve ono što su uradili visoki predstavnici ili kroz sporazume i davanja saglasnosti.
“Mi ćemo povući naše saglasnosti na sporazume o vojsci i VSTS-u“, rekao je Dodik novinarima u Banjaluci.
On je istakao da postoji želja da se predloži, a o čemu će se ovih dana i odlučivati, da se kroz “rušenje” zakona o vojsci u roku od nekoliko mjeseci formira vojska Republike Srpske.
