Cijene osnovnih životnih namirnica u BiH rastu, građani sve više zabrinuti
Cijene osnovnih životnih namirnica u Bosni i Hercegovini posljednjih mjeseci su značajno porasle, što sve više zabrinjava građane koji smatraju da je ekonomska situacija sve teža i neizvjesnija.
Kako pokazuju i zvanični podaci Federalnog ministarstva trgovine, potrošačke cijene u augustu 2021. godine, u prosjeku su porasle za 0,3 posto u odnosu na prethodni mjesec.
Posmatrano po odjeljcima Klasifikacije lične potrošnje prema namjeni, cijene su porasle u odjeljcima: namještaj, kućanski uređaji i redovno održavanje kuće za 1,1 posto, prijevoz za 0,7 posto, hrana i bezalkoholna pića za 0,5 posto i rekreacija i kultura za 0,1 posto.
Cijene su pale u odjeljcima: odjeća i obuća za 0,3 posto, alkoholna pića i duhan za 0,2 posto, stanovanje, voda, električna energija, plin i drugi energenti i ostala dobra i usluge za po 0,1 posto. U ostalim odjeljcima cijene se u prosjeku nisu mijenjale.
U augustu 2021. godine u odnosu na isti mjesec 2020, cijene su porasle za 2,4 posto.
Cijena hljeba, brašna, ulja
Prema podacima Federalnog ministarstva trgovine, cijena kilograma hljeba u augustu ove godine u Federaciji BiH iznosila je 2,50, a u bh. entitetu Republika Srpska (RS) 2,30 KM, dok je u augustu 2017. u FBiH iznosila 2,40, a u RS-u 2,20 KM.
Također, cijena kilograma brašna u augustu ove godine u FBiH iznosila je 0,93 KM, a u RS-u 1,05 KM, dok su u istom mjesecu 2017. građani FBiH za kilogram brašna morali izdvojiti 0,90, a u RS-u 0,75 KM.
Litar ulja u FBiH je u augustu ove godine koštao 3,02 KM, a u RS-u 3,20, što je značajan rast cijene u odnosu na isti mjesec 2017. kada je litar ulja u FBiH koštao 2,10 KM, kao i u RS-u.
Nadalje, u augustu 2021. godine, 250 grama maslaca u FBiH je koštalo 5,42 KM, a u RS-u 5,38, što je rast u odnosu na august 2017. kada su građani za ovu namirnicu u FBiH izdvajali 5,00 KM, a u RS-u 4,20.
Kontinuiran rast cijena prehrambenih artikala
Lejla Čaušević Sućeska iz Saveza samostalnih sindikata BiH kazala je za AA da statistički podaci jasno pokazuju da je u BiH zabilježen kontinuiran rast cijena prehrambenih artikala od 12 do 15 posto.
“Ono što definitivno građane najviše zabrinjava, a i treba zabrinjavati, je da je došlo do poskupljenja prehrambenih artikala i higijenskih potrepština i svega onoga što je ljudima neophodno za svakodnevni život i ono bez čega ne bismo mogli, pogotovo za vrijeme pandemije, kada je ljudima potrebno da jedu kvalitetniju hranu, a povećana je i potražnja za higijenskim potrepštinama. Upravo ti artikli su najviše poskupjeli”, rekla je Čaušević Sućeska.
Kako je pojasnila, postoje objektivni u subjektivni faktori koji su doveli do porasta cijena životnih namirnica u BiH.
“Objektivni faktor je da BiH spada u red zemlja koje uveliko ovise od uvoza nekih repromaterijala. Mi smo također mala zemlja i ne možemo utjecati na kretanja cijena na svjetskom tržištu. Nažalost došlo je do rasta cijena usljed pandemije koronavirusa i samim tim i proizvoda i prijevoza do BiH iz većih zemalja, tako da je to utjecalo na formiranje cijena u BiH”, kazala je Čaušević Sućeska.
Neki trgovački lanci iskoristili pandemiju koronavirusa
Međutim, na porast cijena životnih namirnica utjecali su i određeni subjektivni faktori.
“Neki trgovački lanci su iskoristili ovo vrijeme pandemije pa su stihijski, ali kotinuirano iz mjeseca u mjesec poskupljivali cijene artikala. Činjenica je da za nekih 50 KM danas možete nažalost kupiti manje nego što se mogli kupiti na početku pandemije”, ističe Čaušević Sućeska.
Prema njenom mišljenju, jedan od razloga porasta cijena namirnica je i problem neulaganja u poljoprivrednu proizvodnju u Bosni i Hercegovini kao i nedovoljni poticaji ljudima da se bave poljoprivredom.
“To je taj splet subjektivnih i objektivnih okolnosti koje dovode do toga da nažalost danas troškovi života jedne četveročlane porodice iznose iznad ili oko 2.000 KM, dok prosječna plata ne pokriva ni 50 posto tih troškova. Osim toga, oko 60 do 65 posto radnika u Federaciji BiH prima platu od 600 do 650 KM, što je znatno niže od prosječne plate”, naglasila je ekonomistica.
Na kraju je napomenula da građani BiH i u narednom periodu mogu očekivati dodatni porast cijena životnih namirnica.
“Najavljen je porast cijene brašna. Ako dođe do toga, naravno da će automatski doći do povećanja cijena svih pekarskih proizvoda i svih proizvoda koji se baziraju na brašnu. S obzirom da je došlo i do poskupljenja ulja, već su neki proizvodi uslijed toga poskupili. Meso je poskupilo, piletina, koja je nekako najviše zastupljena u prehrani naših građana. Tako da našim građanima sigurno predstoji period u kojem će cijene u trgovačkim lancima, trgovinama, na pijacama iz dana u dan sve više rasti”, kazala je Čaušević Sućeska.
Građani teško pogođeni poskupljenjem životnih namirnica
Građani posebno ističu kako već odavno osjećaju posljedice poskupljenja životnih namirnica, a penzioneri su posebno zabrinuti i žale se jer, kako kazuju, sve je teže pokriti životne troškove s ionako niskim mjesečnim penzijama.
Taib Fazlić iz Sarajeva smatra da su svaki dan hrana i namirnice u Bosni i Hercegovini sve skuplji.
“Poskupljenje pogađa svakog. To pitanje o poskupljenju je i suvišno. Cijene su nelogične, ali i suša je, valja shvatiti i ljude koji to rade. Međutim, za građane, cijene su katastrofalne”, kazao je Fazlić te dodao:
“Sigurno je svaka godina u Bosni sve teža i sve je više suše, nema navodnjavanja.”
Senad iz Sarajeva također je mišljenja da cijene stalno rastu.
“Svako je pogođen. Najviše su poskupili ulje, šećer. Penzije su male, a oni političari sebi uzimaju po pet- šest hiljada KM, a nama šta ostane”, kazao je Sarajlija.
Fatima iz Sarajeva ističe da su danas cijene mnogo veće nego prethodnih godina.
“Odeš u granap. Kupiš za 10-20 KM, i ništa ne doneseš za ručak. Sve je poskupilo, još ko ima djecu. Ja sam sama i opet jedva pokrijem troškove. Da mi nije djece, ne bi zaista mogla. Djeca mi pomognu. Vidim onaj se žali, ovaj se žali. Poskupilo ovo, ono… Uzmeš koliko možeš i šutiš. Ne rasipamo se”, rekla je Fatima.
Penzionerka Amra također napominje da je sve poskupilo posljednjih mjeseci, a posebno osnovne životne namirnice:
“Poskupilo je sve. Najviše ulje, piletina, ma sve. Teško je, pogotovo nama penzionerima.”
Rast cijena u BiH uvjetovan globalnim ekonomskim dešavanjima
Ekonomista Admir Čavalić smatra da je rast cijena u Bosni i Hercegovini direktno uvjetovan globalnim ekonomskim dešavanjima.
“Konkretno, oporavak podrazumijeva povećanje potražnje, što u kratkom roku nosi rast cijena. Također, došlo je do izuzetnog rasta transportnih troškova, brodskog transporta najvećim dijelom – a koji je krucijalan za razmjenu inputa, kao i nestašice određenih faktora proizvodnje. Cijene nafte i drugih energenata također variraju u posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci. Sve u svemu, ovo je svojevrsna cijena recesije i oporavka”, pojasnio je Čavalić za AA.
Napominje da su brojni građani BiH snažno pogođeni poskupljenjima životnih namirnica.
“Ono što je problematično kada je riječ o Bosni i Hercegovini jeste što značajan dio populacije ima nizak životni standard – gotovo 50 posto radnika radi za neto platu ispod 700 KM. Rast cijena stvara pritisak na raspoloživi dohodak ovog dijela populacije. Zbog toga bi se vlasti na različitim nivoima, prije svega entitetski i kantonalni, trebali fokusirati na to kako pomoći onima koji su najugroženiji – to se najbolje može postići kroz funkcionalan sistem robnih rezervi”, kazao je Čavalić te pojasnio kakve cijene bh. građani mogu očekivati u narednom periodu:
“Vezano za procjene, moguće je da će se od početka naredne godine stabilizirati tržišne prilike. Naravno, ceteris paribus COVID-19 valovi i novi sojevi. Domaći ponuđači ne mogu izbjeći rast cijena pojedinih faktora proizvodnje, što uslovljava da raste cijena domaćeg finalnog proizvoda.”
