Za Dan učitelja u TK počasne nagrade dobilo 20 prosvjetara

Manifestacija obilježavanja Dana učitelja održana je danas u tuzlanskom BKC-u. Organizatori Ministarstvo za obrazovanje i nauku, Pedagoški zavod Tuzlanskog kantona, kantonalni sindikati osnovnog, srednjeg i visokog obrazovanja uručili su priznanja za životno djelo za ukupno 20 odgajatelja, nastavnika i profesora koji imaju višegodišnji radni staž u prosvjeti.

Među dvadeset prosvjetnih radnika koji su danas dobili priznanja za životno djelo je i profesorica Lejla Teskeredžić koja u Srednjoj muzičkoj školi “Čestmir Mirko Dušek” i na Univerzitetu u Tuzli podučava ispravnom govoru i pjevanju.

  • Ja sam danas sretna i ponosna što sam dobila takvo priznanje iako čovjek u životu radi iz ljubavi i ono što želi, uvijek se obraduje kad drugi prepoznaju taj sav rad i dobijete još stimulans da bolje radite, kaže profesorica Lejla.

Profesorica Gimnazije Meša Selimović, Vesna Pavić koja je zaokružila 40 godina radnog staža u školi, također je dobila priznanje. Kaže da se s vremenom promijenio odnos prema nastavničkom zanimanju.

  • Mislim da je puno više prije bilo cijenjeno. Nekada se lakše radilo. Sad je puno komplikovanije, pojašnjava ona.

Moderno doba, zahtjevnije potrebe učenika i tehnologija promijenili su mnogo toga u školama. A materjalni status prosvjetnih radnika ostao je u drugom planu, kažu u sindikatima.

  • Nedovoljno motivisan radnik ne može biti entuzijasta. A entuzijazam je glavna stvar u školi. Bez toga nema razvoja školstva – materjalni status radnika i ono gdje radi, to je važno naglasio je u izjavi za TK televiziju Mensur Glavić, potpredsjednik Samostalnog sindikata radnika osnovnog obrazovanja TK.

U Tuzlanskom kantonu 6.000 ljudi radi u osnovnom i srednjem obrazovanju. Ova skromna manifestacija je samo znak pažnje, a obaveza svih koji upravljaju obrazovanjem na nivou Kantona je da im obezbijedi kvalitetnije uslove za rad, kazali su u povodu obilježavanja Dana učitelja danas.

  • Društvo u kojem živimo s obzirom na povijesnu ulogu je znatno srozalo društvenu pozicioniranost učitelja. Zbog toga smo obavezni da vratimo dignitet učitelja. Da vratimo dignitet izazova koje učitelji imaju u globalnom društvu u kojem živimo i da faktički na taj način ojačamo društvo znanja, poručio je ovom prilikom dr.sci. Kadrija Hodžić, premijer TK, koji već skoro 40 godina radi kao profesor.

Među dvadeset nagrađenih priznanjima je jedna odgajateljica iz predškolske ustanove, 12 nastavnika iz osnovnih škola, šest srednjoškolskih profesora i jedan djelatnik kantonalnog Ministarstva za obrazovanje i nauku. Priznanja za njih simbolična su priznanja svima koji rade u prosvjeti.

  • Oni su ljudi koji pripremaju našu djecu za bolju budućnost, koji prenose znanje i vještine, prepoznaju njihove kompetencije i vještine. Usmjeravaju ih, naglasio je dr. sci. Elvis Baraković, ministar za obrazovanje i nauku TK također univerzitetski profesor.

Sve one koji su odabrali učiteljsku profesiju, tokom djetinjstva je inspirirao neko od njihovih profesora. To je samo jedan od dokaza važnosti ovog zanimanja koje uz afinitete i interese učenika može odrediti njihovo buduće zanimanje, kazano je na svečanosti u Tuzli.

Organizaotori su objavili spisak dobitnika priznanja koja su uručena na današnjoj manifestaciji u BKC-u TK:
