Modernizacija osvaja globalno tržište: Od nadstrešnice s pet radnika do prometa od 50 miliona KM
Firma Modernizacija, specijalizirana za upravljanje metalnim otpadom, posljednjih godina postala je lider u ovoj branši na bh. tržištu. Zahvaljujući kvalitetnom i stručnom timu, jasnoj viziji poslovanja i predanom radu, ova firma je za kratko vrijeme pored evropskog tržišta počela širenje poslovanja i na azijske zemlje.
„Modernizacija je osnovana 2011. godine a počeli smo od male nadstrešnice za otkup sekundarnih sirovina i 5 radnika. Danas poslujemo i na evropskom i na azijskom tržištu, imamo 70 zaposlenih radnika i godišnji promet od preko 50 miliona maraka“, pojašnjava Aldin Okanović, vlasnik firme.
U Modernizaciji kažu da su od samog osnivanja imali viziju da izgrade kompaniju po uzoru na zapadnoevropske prakse. Zahvaljući tome, sada imaju moderan sistem rada razvijen po standardima za upravljanje otpadom.
Raspolažu sa najvećim brojem poslovnih jedinica u BiH, ukupno 11, a logistički centri u Lukavcu, Zenici i Bihaću imaju mogućnost isporuke željeznicom u EU te u luke Koper, Rijeka i Ploče, sa kojih dalje robu isporučuju brodovima na tursko i azijsko tržište.
Sve jedinice rapolažu savremenom opremom, opremljene su mašinskim parkom za svu logističku podršku i teretnim vozilima koja dovoze materijal sa lokacija, što je velika olakšica za dobavljače.
„Velika korist za dobavljače je i to što firma nudi najveće cijene otkupa. Nastojeći da uvijek maksimalno odgovorimo na njihove potrebe stvorili smo jaku mrežu partnera, što opet dovodi do stalnog širenja mreže zadovoljnih dobavljača među kojima su javna preduzeća, fabrike metalne industrije, ostale firme i naravno pojedinci kojima je sakupljanje sekundardnih sirovina važan izvor prihoda“, ističe Okanović.
Zahvaljući kontinuitetu na tržištu, brzom rastu i jačanju saradnje sa partnerima, očekuju da u ovoj godini imaju preko 55.000 tona metalnog otpada i rast prihoda preko 70% u odnosu na prošlu godinu.
Kao ključni izazov u radu navode nesubvencioniranje od strane vlasti, za razliku od drugih zemalja gdje je ekologija među ključnim prioritetima. Takođe, problem koji ne mogu sami riješiti je kako kažu i problem „divljih firmi“. I jedno i drugo uzrokuje da se suočavaju sa nelojalnom konkurencijom i nepoštovanjem standarda koji su na globalnom tržištu itetako važni.
Zbog toga iz ove mlade i uspješne firme apeluju na nadležne institucije da aktivnije pristupe uređenju tržišta i podršci, kako bi zajedno gradili podsticajan sistem poslovanja, osigurali zaštitu okoliša i očuvali prirodne resurse naše države.
