U nastavku serijala emisije “Tour de BiH” ekipa O kanala vodi vas u Gradačac, u kojem smo razgovarali i sa premijerom FBiH

Gradačac je grad na obroncima Majevice. Prvi pomen sadašnjeg imena datira iz 1634. godine. Najveći doprinos njegovom razvoju dali su nasljedni kapetani iz porodice Gradaščević, među kojima se posebno ističe Husein-kapetan, poznat i pod nadimkom Zmaj od Bosne. On se svojevremeno borio za bosansku autonomiju u Osmanskom carstvu, a zbog svog mudrog vladanja i tolerancije postao je poznat širom Bosne, priča nam turistički vodič Senija Mujkanović-Muftić.

SIMBOL BIH

– Husein-kapetan Gradaščević rodio se 1802. u Gradačcu, u obiteljskoj kući Gradaščevića, koja se nalazi nedaleko od utvrde. Djetinjstvo je provodio često odlazeći iz obiteljske kuće do utvrde koja je upravo u to vrijeme dobivala izgled po kojem je postala prepoznatljiva, priča nam Muftić i dodaje kako je sačuvana rodna kuća Husein-kapetana Gradaščevića.

Hiljade ljudi godišnje dođu obići Kulu / Adisa Herco

– Bijela kula je simbol Gradačca. Zauzima središnje mjesto na grbu Grada Gradačca. Kompleks Starog grada u Gradačcu, u kojem se nalazi i Bijela kula Husein-kapetana Gradaščevića, predstavlja jednu od najznačajnijih povijesnih cjelina u Bosni i Hercegovini, a ovaj nacionalni spomenik godišnje posjete tisuće ljudi. Godine 2003. Bijela kula je pod nadzorom Komisije za zaštitu nacionalnih spomenika Bosne i Hercegovine restaurirana i prilagođena suvremenim ugostiteljskim potrebama. Na vrhu kule, odakle se vide cijeli Gradačac i okolina, danas se nalazi restoran, u kojem se služe tradicionalna bosanska jela, kaže Ensar Mešanović, direktor Turističke zajednice Gradačca, ali i napominje kako je najveći problem to što nema dovoljno kapaciteta za sve koji bi ovdje ostali po nekoliko dana.

U Gradačcu je rođen i premijer Federacije Fadil Novalić i upravo na čardaku u Kuli Husein-kapetana Gradaščevića razgovarali smo s njim o Gradačcu kakvog se Novalić sjeća.

– Ovo mi je omiljeno mjesto. Na čardaku Kule najviše volim da sjedim. Ovo je simbol grada, ali i cijele BiH. Meni je ovo mjesto drago i zato što se u Starom gradu nalaze dvije građevine, bivša općina koja je bila gimnazija u moje vrijeme i biblioteka. Na odmorima smo svi izlazili na zidine i kada se imalo novca, popila se i Coca-Cola ovdje na Kuli, govori Novalić, te otkriva kako je sljedeće na listi omiljenih mjesta jezero, gdje je naučio da pliva.

Kada je počeo rat, stanovništvo je iselilo. CNN je zabilježio da nije bilo niti jedne osobe na aleji, a komunalni radnik je meo ulicu bez obzira na to što nije bilo stanovnika, kaže Novalić

– Ja sam dugo razmišljao šta je to što karakterizira ovaj grad i shvatio sam – to su definitivno ljudi. Vrijedni ljudi ovog kraja su zaista najveće blago. Posebna sorta ljudi, zaista. Ovdje je neobično da odete na pijacu i kupite voće ili povrće, jer ovdje svi to imaju, svi uzgajaju. Pravilo je da svaka kuća ima baštu, u prosjeku 1.000 kvadrata. Skoro da je pravilo da morate imati voće, ali i cvijeće. Od 1901. godine Gradačac se pere. To je pazarni grad i redovno se ulice peru. Nekada u doba Austro-Ugarske cisternu su vukli konji. Sjećam se da smo kao djeca morali krečiti oko cvijeća i kamenje koje je bilo poredano po avliji. To je ta toplina koja je bila oko kuće, ističe Novalić.

Otkriva nam da u Gradačcu postoji selo Novalići, ali kako u njemu nema Novalića.

BAKLAVA SA ŠLJIVAMA

– Novalića ima po cijeloj državi, po Hercegovini, od kuda i vuku korijene. Ima ih i na Bjelašnici. Dolazim dosta rijetko, nikada nisam mogao ni zamisliti to da neću ovdje biti toliko koliko želim. Teško mi pada kada dođem poslovno i odmah moram natrag, pa ne stignem ni do kuće otići, kaže premijer, koji posebno žali za vremenom kojeg više nema.

Pecarošima je najljepše

– Gradačac se mnogo promijenio. To valjda tako s godinama ide. Nekada je čaršija bila puna ljudi kojih danas nema. Gradačac ima aleju kojom smo svi šetali, dodaje Novalić.

U Gradačcu možete pojesti baklavu koja za razliku od bilo koje druge ima poseban dodatak, a to su suhe šljive. Ovaj prostor poznat je po uzgoju šljive i upravo taj dodatak baklavu sa ovog područja čini drugačijom i prepoznatljivijom.
