Mulić: Broj vakcinisanih u TK još nije dostigao 25 procenata
Prema informacijama iz Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Tuzlanskog kantona trenutni broj vakcinisanih građana protiv koronavirusa još uvijek nije dostigao 25 procenata, što je prema riječima direktorice te institucije Maide Mulić nedovoljno za postojanje kolektivnog imuniteta, bez obzira što je moguće uzeti u obzir i sve one koji su preboljeli COVID 19.
– Ne mogu reći da smo blizu kraja priče pandemije sve dok imamo ovako nisku stopu obuhvata vakcinom, potpuno vakcinisanih osoba na području Tuzlanskog kantona – izjavila je Mulić za Fenu.
U Univerzitetsko kliničkom centru Tuzla u posljednjoj sedmici zabilježeni su smrtni slučajevi pacijenata zaraženih koronavirusom srednje životne dobi, koji ranije nisu imali nikakve komorbiditete.
Prema posljednjim podacima, u UKC-u Tuzla je 120 hospitaliziranih pacijenata sa srednje teškom i teškom kliničkom slikom koju karakteriše otežano disanje, bolovi u grudnom košu, temperatura i masivne upale pluća.
– Teške kliničke slike su u zadnjem valu česte kod pacijenata srednje životne dobi. To su masivne upale pluća koje zahtijevaju dug oporavak nakon boravka u kliničkom centru – izjavila je za Fenu specijalizantkinja infektologije UKC-a Tuzla dr. Alma Trnačević.
Većina pacijenata sa teškim kliničkim slikama, kako navode iz UKC-a Tuzla, nije bila vakcinisana.
– Kod nekih pacijenata infiltracija se razvijala za 24 sata – izjavila je dr. Trnačević.
Pad saturacije, odnosno zasićenosti organizma kiseonikom uzrokuje odumiranje stanica i prestanak rada vitalnih organa. Upravo je to jedna od čestih komplikacija COVID-a 19, koji ne ovisi o jačini imuniteta zaraženog.
Za vakcinaciju protiv COVID-a 19, kako navode, nema zdravstvenih prepreka.
– Vakcine su sigurne i za ljude oboljele od autoimunih bolesti. Molimo stanovništvo samo da se vakcinišu i nose maske kako bi zaštitili sebe i svoje najdraže – kaže Trnačević.
Direktorica Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Tuzlanskog kantona također pojašnjava da su, kada je riječ o nuspojavama nakon primanja vakcine protiv koronavirusa, one moguće, ali i da su prolaznog karaktera.
– Nuspojave koje prate ovu vrstu vakcina i one koje smo registrirali su lokalnog karaktera, vezano za otok i bol na mjestu uboda, povišenu temperaturu. U suštini simptomi koji daju sliku blaže forme COVID-a. Poremećaji koagulacionog statusa generalizovane vakcinalne reakcije nisu registrirani kroz zvanične prijave koje su dolazile od zdravstvenih institucija. Moram naglasiti da bilo koja reakcija za osobu kojoj se javi predstavlja određenu dozu straha i panike, ali zaista na sve ove doze koje smo dali nismo imali registriranih kompleksnih slučajeva postvakcinalnih reakcija – kazala je Maida Mulić.
