Koji su vaši prvi utisci nakon dolaska u Zvijezdu i sam Gradačac?
-Došao sam u klub sa velikom tradicijom i istorijom. Zvijezda je klub koji uvijek pretendira za sami vrh tabele! Sama činjenica koliko se je igrača iz Zvijezde otisnulo po inostranim ligama dovoljno govori!
U nedjelju vas čeka teška utakmica protiv Bratstva, Zvijezda je pri samom dnu tabele i pred imperativom ste pobjede. Možemo li pobijediti u komšijskom derbiju?
-Trenutno nismo u dobroj situaciji!
Nisam trener koji se sklanja od problema i pritiska, već samo želim da se što prije riješi i prevaziđe trenutna situacija!
Želim da idem u susret problemu.
U fudbalu nema garanta nikad, samo je rad ulazna karta za dobar rezultat i napredak!
O Bratstvu imam sve potrebne informacije koje ću iskoristiti za naš pozitivan rezultat.
Sve resurse ćemo iskoristiti da dobijemo utakmicu. Obećavam pristup i maksimalno zalaganje čitave ekipe!
Kako vidite trenutni igrački kadar? Hoće li na polusezoni biti pojačanja i na kojim pozicijama škripi?
-Uponajemo se svi iz dana u dan,
igrači se navikavaju na mene i ja na njih.
U ovom trenutku moram da pohvalim njihov rad i pristup trenigu! Rano je još donositi bilo kakav sud, treba da se napravi duboka analiza čitavog rostera.
Da se napravi realistična slika!
Pa onda donositi odluke i te odluke u skladu sa klupskim ambicijama i mogućnostima!
