Magazinović: SNSD i HDZ glasali za poništenje Inzkove odluke
Saša Magazinović, poslanik u Predstavničkom domu Parlamenta Bosni i Hercegovini, zahvalio se večeras kolegi iz SDP-a i delegatu Denisu Bećiroviću na čiji zahtjev, između ostalih, danas je zasjedao Dom naroda.
Magazinović je zaključio kako je današnja sjednica “ogolila stvari do kraja”…
“Na njoj su SNSD i HDZ glasali za poništenje Inzkove odluke (kojom se zabranjuje negiranje genocida u Srebrenici i veličanje ratnih zločina). Pa opet nek pojedini stranci pitaju ‘koliko ste spremni dati Čoviću'”, naveo je SDP-ov poslanik na zvaničnom Twitter nalogu.
Podsjećamo, na 8. hitnoj sjednici Doma naroda Parlamentarne skupštine Bosne i Hercegovine, na zahtjev delegata Doma naroda PSBiH Denisa Bećirovića, Zlatka Miletića, Amira Fazlića, Muniba Jusufovića i Asima Sarajlića, obavljena je rasprava o Informaciji Kolegijuma Doma naroda PSBiH o razlozima blokade rada najvišeg zakonodavnog organa države BiH, s posebnim osvrtom na obrazloženje pravnog osnova blokiranja rada ovog državnog organa vlasti.
Nakon rasprave, Dom naroda PSBiH usvojio je zaključak kojim poziva na hitno usaglašavanje izbornih modela na osnovu potpisanog Političkog sporazuma o prinicipima izmjena i dopunama Izbornog zakona BiH od 17. juna 2020.godine, kako bi se obezbijedilo “legitimno predstavljanje konstitutivnih naroda u Predsjedništvu BiH i domovima naroda, te uklonili svi oblici utvrđenih nejednakosti i diskriminacija, a u skladu sa odlukom Ustavnog suda BiH broj U-23/14 i presudama Evropskog suda za ljudska prava koje još čekaju svoje izvršenje”.
Dom naroda pozvao je i sve političke aktere na stalni dijalog kako bi hitno ostvarili preduslove za redovno i nesmetano funkcionisanje, te ispunjavanje obaveza kako iz nadležnosti Savjeta ministara BiH tako i iz nadležnosti PSBiH.
