TK| Prosvjetari traže povećenje plaće; Da li je na pomolu štrajk?!
Vlada Tuzlanskog kantona još nije postigla dogovor sa sindikatima koje predstavljaju zaposlene u sektoru osnovnog, srednjeg i visokog obrazovanja te kulture.
Sindikati traže povećanje plaća, ali i nekih drugih materijalnih prava koje regulira Kolektivni ugovor.
Kako nezvanično saznaje Faktor, sindikati prosvjetara predali su svoj zahtjev za povećanjem plaća, ali i aneks Kolektivnog ugovora, kojim se povećavaju neka njihova materijalna prava.
¨I dalje ćemo nastaviti sa pritiskom za ispravljanje nepravde prema zaposlenim u osnovnom i srednjem obrazovanju TK, bez obzira šta ko misli i kako spinuje. Postoji i užasna priča da će plate zaposlenima u osnovnom i srednjem obrazovanju biti malo povećane ali u paketu sa ministrima i poslanicima početkom naredne godine. Ovo je nedopustivo u vrijeme inflacije, poskupljenja da ima novca iz budžeta u milionama za svakakve sumnjive projekte i nabavke, osim za one kategorije koje su stub našeg društva i zajednice¨, napisao je na svom Facebook profilu predsjednik Kluba zastupnika DF-a u Skupštini TK Mahir Mešalić.
Pregovori su u toku, a sada slijedi očitovanje Vlade TK na zahtjeve sindikata. Također, u narednih dan-dva sindikat bi trebao zauzeti stav o onome što nudi Vlada TK, a onda će biti poznato hoće li pregovori, koji se sve vrijeme vode bez javnih istupa bilo koje strane, voditi na neki drugi način, navodi Faktor.
