SIPA okončala pretres, priveden direktor Bosnalijeka Nedim Uzunović
Pripadnici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA) završili su pretres porodične kuće direktora kompanije Bosnalijek Nedima Uzunovića.
Pretres Uzunovićeve kuće u sarajevskom naselju Breka trajao je nekoliko sati.
Pretresu je prisustvovao i njegov advokat Mirsad Crnovršanin, koji je u nekoliko navrata napuštao stan i vraćao se.
Nakon okončanja pretresa, Uzunović je u vozilu SIPA-e odvezen na nepoznatu lokaciju, a zasad nije poznato da li je odveden u prostorije SIPA-e u Istočnom Sarajevu ili na neku drugu od sedam lokacija koje se pretresaju.
Prema nezvaničnim informacijama, postoji nalog za njegovo hapšenje, ali zvanično nije potvrđeno da je ili da će biti lišen slobode.
Po nalogu Tužilaštva Bosne i Hercegovine od jutros traju pretresi u okviru predmeta Bosnalijek, saopćeno je ranije iz te pravosudne institucije.
Tužilaštvo BiH provodi istragu zbog sumnje da su počinjena koruptivna krivična djela u višemilionskom iznosu.
Osumnjičeni u ovom predmetu navodno su, koristeći uglavnom sredstva predstavništva Bosnalijeka u Rusiji, na nezakonit način trgovali dionicama ove sarajevske farmaceutske kompanije. Ključne transakcije dešavele su se preko offshore kompanija iz Češke, Rusije, sa Malte i Bermuda.
Aktivnosti se provode u okviru opsežne istrage krivičnih djela organiziranog kriminala, pranja novca, zloupotrebe položaja i finansijskog kriminala u okviru koje je evidentirana nezakonita imovinska korist u višemilionskom iznosu.
U okviru predmeta Tužilaštvo BiH i partnerske policijske agencije vodili su dugotrajnu istragu u okviru koje je ostvarena međunarodna saradnja sa partnerskim institucijama više država.
Nakon lišenja slobode i pretresa, osumnjičeni će biti predati postupajućem tužiocu, koji će donijeti odluku o daljim aktivnostima – saopćilo je jutros Tužilaštvo Bosne i Hercegovine.
