Doktor Cuhadaroglu je rekao kako je uspješno okončan treći ciklus hemoterapije, da je tumor na mozgu još smanjen, te kako su ljekari nakon obavljenih pretraga odlučili da se Arslan podvrgne i četvrtom ciklusu hemoterapije

ISTANBUL (AA) – KAAN BOZDOGAN – Zdravstveno stanje osmomjesečnog Arslana Kulačića, koji je 30. januara prebačen u Istanbul na liječenje zloćudnog tumora na mozgu, sve je bolje, potvrdili su doktori u istanbulskoj klinici, javlja Anadolu Agency (AA).

Arslanu je po rođenju dijagnosticiran tumor na mozgu, iz grupe primitivnih neuroektodermalnih tumora (PNET), odnosno po novoj klasifikaciji Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije iz 2016. godine iz grupe embrionalnih tumora.

Početkom novembra 2017. godine, kada je imao četiri mjeseca, Arslan je operisan u UKC Tuzla, ali se, uprkos uspješnoj operaciji, tumor nakon izvjesnog vremena vratio i uvećao.

 

Budući da druga operacija nije bila moguća, Arslan je krajem januara prebačen na liječenje na kliniku “Acibadem” u Istanbulu.

Glavni ljekar klinike Acibadem Caglar Cuhadaroglu je, u razgovoru sa novinarom AA, istakao kako liječenje Arslana traje već dva mjeseca, te kako je njegovo zdravstveno stanje sve bolje.

Cuhadaroglu je rekao kako je uspješno okončan treći ciklus hemoterapije, da je tumor na mozgu još smanjen, te kako su ljekari nakon obavljenih pretraga odlučili da Arslan bude podvrgnut i četvrtom ciklusu hemoterapije.

“Primjećujemo da je tumor sve manji. U slučaju da nije došlo do smanjenja tumora, bilo bi neophodno pokrenuti drugu metodu. No, tumor se smanjuje, stoga nije bilo potrebe za hirurškom intervencijom”, kazao je Cuhadaroglu.

Dodao je kako će hirurška intervencija biti izvedena kada tumor bude najmanji.

Govoreći o hemoterapiji, Cuhadaroglu je rekao da ovaj proces nije imao loših posljedica na Arslanovo stanje.

Cuhadaroglu je dodao kako su Arslanovi pokreti veoma dobri, kao i komunikacija sa roditeljima, te da njegovo zdravstveno stanje ide na bolje.

Novinar AA zabilježio je i fotografije Arslana, što su prve fotografije od početka njegovog liječenja u Istanbulu. Na fotografijama je nemoguće ne primijetiti osmijeh na licu malog Arslana, ali i isto tako i sreću roditelja Amire i Sabahudina, koji se ni jednog momenta ne odvajaju od dječaka.

Tumor je Arslanu oštetio i vid, koji se postepeno vraća.

U Bosni i Hercegovini je ranije pokrenut niz humanitarnih akcija za prikupljanje potrebnih 133.000 eura za liječenje malog Arslana u Istanbulu.
