Izetbegović o Orbanu i potezima Mađarske, Dodikovim prijetnjama, aktuelnim problemima…
Zamjenik predsjedavajućeg Doma naroda Parlamentarne skupštine Bosne i Hercegovine i predsjednik Stranke demokratske akcije (SDA), Bakir Izetbegović govorio je o aktuelnim problemima u zemlji, odnosu Međunarodne zajednice prema BiH, Viktoru Orbanu i posljednjim potezima Mađarske, prijetnjama Milorada Dodika i najavama NSRS-a.
Tokom gostovanja na programu BIR TV na pitanje kako komentariše posljednje komentare koji dolaze iz Mađarske, a gdje je navodno Viktor Orban, premijer ove zemlje, rekao da će “problem biti integracija dva miliona muslimana iz BiH u EU”, Izetbegović je poručio:
– Ne bih rekao da glasnogovornik Vlade Mađarske (Zoltan Kovacs, op. a.) može izreći takve stvari, a da nije ovlašten ili u najmanju ruku da nije prisustvovao prilikama gdje su se etablirali takvi stavovi u vezi s muslimanima. Dakle, mi muslimani vjerujemo da svi potječemo od jednog para i da smo, ustvari, svi braća i rođaci. Znamo za kur'anski ajet koji kaže da nema prednost Arap nad nearapom, te da Bog ljude dijeli po bogobojaznosti i koliko se bore za one vrijednosti koje nam je Bog propisao. Za nas muslimane je svaki nacionalizam, naročito rasizam, jedna strana stvar i ne možemo je razumjeti. Za nas je nejasan taj sistem vrijednosti koje Orban zagovara, taj neki evropski nacionalizam. Bošnjaci su evropski narod. Kako reče jedan seljak – mi smo stojnici od vajkada, mi se, ustvari, ne sjećamo našeg dolaska, mi smo tu, jedan od starijih naroda. Bosna i Hercegovina je jedna od najstarijih država u Evropi, dok su Mađari došli sa Urala, iz Azije. Ali nevažno, na kraju smo svi ravnopravni i jednaki ljudi. Orban i ljudi oko njega zaboravljaju da evropske civilizacije i kulture ne bi bilo bez komponente koju su unijeli muslimani. U svemu, u nauci, kulturi, renesansi, astronomiji, medicini.
Upitan je da prokomentariše navodnu zabilješku Delegacije EU-a u BiH, prema kojoj je usvajanje zaključaka kojima se podriva Ustav BiH i kojom se ostavlja prostor od šest mjeseci do usvajanja neustavnih zakona prethodno dogovoreno između Milorada Dodika i evropskog komesara za proširenje Olivera Varhelyija.
– Očekujemo demant ili pojašnjenje toga svega, i od samog ambasadora Sattlera, kao i od samog Varhelyija. Uvjerljivo mi je to, da vam iskreno kažem, jer diplomate funkcionišu na takav način. Jedino čime se može zaustaviti ova Dodikova politika jesu sankcije. Oni moraju uzeti neke sokove koje hrane ovakve politike, a ne da dodaju novac, a oni se (Mađari, op. a.) upravo spremaju na tu stvar, da daju novac nekome ko pravi problem BiH – kazao je Izetbegović.
OHR i Međunarodna zajednica
Osvrnuo se i na najavu Narodne skupštine RS-a i rok od pola godine koji se tiče usvajanja seta zakona oko prenošenja nadležnosti sa nivoa BiH, na nivo bh. entiteta, što je jasno kršenje Ustava Bosne i Hercegovine i Dejtonskog mirovnog sporazuma.
– To je antidejtonska djelatnost. OHR mora da reaguje ili ne treba da postoji. Mogu komotno spakovati kofere ako na to ne bude reakcije. Tužilaštvo BiH, Ustavni sud BiH, SIPA i OSA također moraju reagovati. Tužilaštvo se povlačilo pred jednim siledžijstvom Milorada Dodika. U slučaju napada na teritorijalni integritet BiH, onda moraju da djeluju Oružane snage BiH i NATO – poručio je Izetbegović.
Govoreći o odlučnosti Međunarodne zajednice da spriječi Milorada Dodika u rušenju države, Izetbegović je rekao:
– Vjerujem u tu odlučnost, s tim da smo mi bili ispod radara. Međunarodna zajednica i zapadne zemlje su imali niz drugih i mnogo opasnijih žarišta od BiH. I hvala Bogu što nismo bili u fokusu i nadam se da nećemo ni biti da se, dakle, neće morati ovdje doći u situaciju da se interveniše. Podiže se ta spremnost, vidimo reakcije Njemačke, Nizozemske, Velike Britanije, Amerike. Islamski svijet se još nije digao, imaju i svoje probleme, ali ako zatreba, bit će i oni tu za nas – te je dodao da mu je tokom posjete Turskoj i predsjednik te zemlje Recep Tayyip Erdogan obećao da će pomoći i biti uz BiH.
Rekao je da je neutemeljena spekulacija da ruske snage dođu na granicu Srbije sa BiH, te je dodao da bi u tom kontekstu Srbija onda morala da dopusti ruskim trupama dolazak u svoju zemlju, na granicu sa BiH, što, kako kaže da vjeruje, Vučić neće dozvoliti.
– Zagreb insistira samo na jednoj stvari, čak i Zoran Milanović koji daje izjave koje nas itekako nerviraju, a to je da se nađe način i da Hrvati djeluju presudno na izbor jednog od članova Predsjedništva BiH. To je stav i Andreja Plenkovića. Obojica su vrlo jasni tu, naročito Plenković, koji je rekao: “Dajte, molim vas, završite to i imate Hrvatsku uz sebe, te tražite šta hoćete od nas”. Sa Srbijom imamo taj projekat “svesrpskog svijeta”, koji je, ustvari, neka “velika Srbija”, ali na identitetskom nivou, a koji se onda može pretvarati u teritorijalne pretenzije. Dodik je odlikovan prije pola godine u Srbiji, vidjeli smo šta se dešavalo u Crnoj Gori, dakle, dvosmislene politike – istakao je Izetbegović.
Izmjene Izbornog zakona
Pričao je i o promjeni Izbornog zakona u BiH, odnosno pregovorima koji su trenutno zaleđeni.
– To su pretvrda i po meni ziheraška politika i zahtjevi HDZ-a. Dakle, ne dati ništa, ne razumjeti drugu stranu i samo insistirati na svome i tako je 10 godina. Čović nikada nije dao nešto, samo je tražio ono svoje i da mu se još doda na to. Ponašanje Čovića i koketiranje sa Dodikom i stajanje uz njega kad Dodik pravi problem BiH i Bošnjacima jako sužava manevarski prostor za nas bošnjačke političare. Ljudi se boje dvojca Dodik – Čović u Predsjedništvu BiH. On treba da relaksira Bošnjake, a ne da ih provocira. Politika HDZ-a provocira Bošnjake, dajte samo ovo za šta smo mi zainteresovani itd. Koriste ovu situaciju, zajedno sa Dodikom, nešto ćemo se kao mi uplašiti, pa ćemo isporučiti stvari jednostrano – što se, naravno, neće desiti – rekao je predsjednik SDA.
Izetbegović je govorio i o ujedinjenju bh. političkog probosanskog bloka u situaciji kada imamo dvojac koji ima namjere da ruši ustavno-pravni poredak Bosne i Hercegovine.
– Još su to borbe za političko pozicioniranje. Na momente uspijem dogovoriti sa Nikšićem ili nekim drugim sa te druge strane, ali se onda oni predomisle, pa ih onda ja javno prozovem da moramo imati zajednički stav oko tri-četiri stvari. Poslije toga ne moramo ni pričati. Onda to oni odbiju i kažu da će sjesti sa opozicijom u RS-u. Ne vidim, zaista, ni problem u tome, ali onda opet kažu da se ponovo moraju definisati zajednički stavovi. Ne mogu ni za glavu, a ni za rep da uhvatim tu politiku. Mislim, ipak, da će ona sazrijevati – rekao je Izetbegović.
Ugovor između BiH i IZBiH
Osvrnuo se na kraju gostovanja na TV BIR i nepotpisivanja ugovora između države BiH i Islamske zajednice u Bosni i Hercegovini (IZBiH).
– U Dodikovo vrijeme neće doći do potpisivanja tog ugovora. Mislim da će on ovo držati do samih izbora i da pobijedi na ovoj priči, na takim stvarima. Mladen Ivanić je bio spreman da to uradi, Dragan Čović nije. Za Čovića su problem bili vakufi. Smatrao je da je to u neskladu s drugim zakonima. Dodik ističe džumu, ali se jednostavno nađe razlog da se to ne uradi. Tvrde da bi se IZBiH dalo nešto što druge dvije vjerske zajednice u BiH nisu dobile. Ali svaka vjerska zajednica ima svoje specifičnosti, kao što je IZBiH. Muslimanke imaju svoje pravo, pravo na hidžab, farz nam je da idemo na džumu, vakufi imaju svoju poziciju… To su specifičnosti koje nemaju preostale dvije vjerske zajednice, ali smo spremni da izađemo ususret njihovim specifičnostima – rekao je u razgovoru za televiziju BIR Bakir Izetbegović, dopredsjedavajući Doma naroda PSBiH i prvi čovjek SDA.
