Građani koji su bili u samoizolaciji, a imena im objavljena, dobiće po 300 eura
Vlada Crne Gore je dala saglasnost da se sa građanima koji su bili u samoizolaziciji, čija su imena javno objavljena, zaključi poravnanje i da im se isplati po 300 eura, a država će po tom osnovu morati da izdvoji 816.000 eura.
Kako se navodi u saopštenju Vlade, zadužen je zaštitnik imovinsko-pravnih interesa Crne Gore da zaključi poravnanje sa 2.720 osoba u iznosu od po 300 eura na ime naknade/satisfakcije za nematerijalnu štetu zbog povrede prava ličnosti objavljivanjem ličnih podataka.
Ranije je više stotina građana tužilo državu Crnu Goru, jer je prethodna Vlada od marta do maja prošle godine objavljivala imena i adrese građana kojima je na početku pandemije određena obavezna samoizolacija.
Spisak su kasnije koristila osobe da kreiraju aplikaciju za mobilni telefon koja omogućava korisnicima da lociraju osobe u samoizolaciji.
