Američke sankcije i Milanu Tegeltiji
Američki State Department uveo je danas sankcije bivšem predsjedniku VSTV-a BiH Milanu Tegeltiji i predsjedniku PDA Mirsadu Kukiću, saopštio je američki državni sekretar Antony Blinken.
Tegeltija i Kukić, pojašnjava se u saopštenju, sankcionisani su zbog umiješanosti u značajnu korupciju.
Prije svega, ovakva odluka podrazumijeva zabranu ulaska u SAD.
“Njihovo djelovanje ugrožava vladavinu prava, vjeru javnosti u demokratske institucije i vlasti, te mir i prosperitet za građane BiH”, kaže se saopštenju Blinkena.
Kao predsjednik VSTV-a BiH, pojašnjava se u odluci State Departmenta, Tegeltija je bio uključen u koruptivna djela koja uključuju korištenje političkog utjecaja i službene moći za sticanje vlastite koristi.
“Naime, postoje vjerodostojne informacije da je Tegeltija svoj položaj iskoristio za traženje koristi u zamjenu za miješanje u sudski proces, kao i manipulaciju imenovanjima sudija i drugim javnim poslovima”, kaže se u saopštenju.
Osim Tegeltije, na listi sankcionisanih našla se i njegova supruga Tijana, kojoj je također zabranjen ulazak u SAD.
