Najniža plata u Federaciji BiH povećana za 136 KM
Najniža plata u ovoj godini, kako je to utvrdila Vlada Federacije BiH, utvrđena je u iznosu od 543 KM. Time je, kako je i ranije najavljeno i obećano, najniža plata povećana za 136 KM ili 33,56 posto.
Kako je saopćeno iz Vlade FBiH, uz mjesečnu platu većina radnika u Federaciji BiH također ostvaruje pravo na neoporezive naknade poput toplog obroka, prijevoza i regresa, po čemu je Federacija BiH jedinstvena u Evropi.
“Ove naknade u prosjeku po zaposlenom iznose 174 KM, tako da povećanje najniže plate garantuje ukupna primanja koja su znatno viša od najniže plate i koja će za većinu radnika biti najmanje 717 KM mjesečno. Novi propisi sada garantuju da će najniže plate biti usklađivane godišnje u zavisnosti od rasta ekonomije i cijena, počevši od 2023. godine”, navode iz Federalne vlade.
Nakon što Parlament Federacije BiH usvoji nove fiskalne zakone, kazali su, bit će stvorene pretpostavke za još veći rast najniže plate bez štetnih posljedica za privredu i zaposlenost.
