Đoković izgubio slučaj protiv Australije

Najbolji teniser svijeta Novak Đoković izgubio je slučaj pred Saveznim sudom Australije, a odluka tročlanog vijeća bila je jednoglasna, saopšteno je u nedjelju nešto pre osam časova po srednjoevropskom vremenu.

Dakle, Đokoviću je onemogućeno da brani titulu na prvom Gren slem turniru u sezoni i biće deportovan iz Australije.

Ranije noćas, nešto poslije 5 časova po srednjoevropskom vremenu, završeno je saslušanje pred Federalnim sudom Australije u slučaju Novaka Đokovića protiv ministra za imigracije Aleksa Hoka. Sudsko veće čulo je argumente advokata najboljeg tenisera sveta i ministra za imigracije i najavilo da će konačnu odluku donijeti kasnije u toku dana ili čak u ponedjeljak.

Suđenje pred Federalnim sudom Australije vodio je vrhovni sudija Džejms Alsop, a u veću sudija su bili i Entoni Besanko i Dejvid O’Kalahan.
