Kalkulacija SDP-a
Predstavnici međunarodne zajednice Metju Palmer (Matthew) i Angelina Ajhorst (Eichhorst) stigli su u Sarajevo. Bh. političke lidere vode u Neum ne bi li se iskoristila posljednja šansa da se postigne dogovor o izmjenama Izbornog zakona i tako spriječili dodatni haos i blokade koji bi u zemlji mogli uslijediti najesen.
Dragan Čović, predsjednik HDZ-a, potvrdio je da će razgovori trajati sve dok se ne postigne dogovor, što znači, vjerovatno, danima.
No, SDP BiH je najavio da neće učestvovati u ovim pregovorima, a još se dvoumi i Naša stranka.
Poznato je da je SDP BiH prvi pokrenuo kampanju povlačenja iz pregovora o izbornoj reformi. Zašto ovo SDP čini, možda bude jasnije ako se vidi raspored ruku u Parlamentu BiH. Uz entitetsku većinu, za usvajanje novog Izbornog zakona potrebne su 22 ruke. Samo SNSD, HDZ BiH i SDA od toga imaju 19 ruku te je jasno da je za usvajanje novog Izbornog zakona ključan dogovor ove dvije stranke, zapravo prije svega HDZ-a i SDA, jer se koplja lome oko izbora u FBiH.
Četiri ruke, koliko tu ima SDP, ne bi puno promijenile ni u jednom pravcu. No, činjenica da smo u izbornoj godini SDP-u pruža prilično lagodnu poziciju da, u slučaju dogovora o Izbornom zakonu, isporuči Izetbegoviću odgovornost za popuštanje Čoviću, a u slučaju njegovog izostanka, da nacionalne stranke na vlasti optuži za haos i sukob koje su kreirale.
Naravno, toga je svjestan i Izetbegović, koji se svim silama trudio da u pregovore uključi sve probosanske stranke i s njima podijeli odgovornost. Sada, međutim, Izetbegović postaje razapet između pritiska SAD i EU (a, moguće, i sankcija) da se postigne dogovor te eventualnih optužbi za izdaju bošnjačke javnosti.
Kako god, SDP je u svemu odlučio da igra nasigurno i iz lagodnosti opozicije trlja ruke. Izetbegović, pak, čini se da konačno dolazi u poziciju kada će zbog svojih višegodišnjih licemjernih i loših politika morati snositi posljedice. Na ovaj ili onaj način.
