SDA o ispitivanju Elmedine Muftić: Ne smije biti dvostrukih standarda u radu Tužilaštva BiH
SDA od Tužilaštva Bosne i Hercegovine traži da pri formiranju predmeta, otvaranju istraga i podizanju optužnica, predviđene procedure i zakone primjenjuje jednako na sve građane, što trenutno očigledno nije praksa, istakli su u saopćenju.
Pokazuje to i slučaj Elmedine Muftić, spisateljice iz Vareša, koja je po nalogu Tužilaštva BiH pozvana da da izjavu zbog komentara na društvenim mrežama, kojima se navodno širi vjerska i nacionalna netrpeljivost. Svakome ko je imao priliku da vidi o kakvim je komentarima riječ, jasno je da ne postoji nikakvo krivično djelo, već da je riječ o pokušaju da se ušutkaju svi oni koji se suprotstavljaju šovinističkim izjavama pojedinih političara – naveli su iz SDA.
Takvim postupcima, dodaju, obrću se teze i primjenjuju dvostruki standardi.
– Umjesto procesuiranja velikog broja osoba koje izjavama prijete genocidom i o Bošnjacima govore na ksenofoban i šovinistički način i pri tome zaista koriste govor mržnje i izazivaju vjersku i nacionalnu netrpeljivost, procesuiraju se oni koji se tome javno suprotstavljaju. Ovaj put je izgleda uveden i novi islamofobni kriterij – hidžab – istakli su iz SDA i dodali:
– Mnogo je primjera govora mržnje, naročito u slučaju Milorada Dodika i njegovog okruženja, kao i bivših saradnika poput Rajka Vasića, koje Tužilaštvo BiH nikada nije procesuiralo.
