Erdogan doputovao u Kijev, želi biti posrednik u smirivanju tenzija

Predsjednik Turske Recep Tayyip Erdogan na poziv predsjednika Ukrajine Volodimira Zelenskog, doputovao je u zvaničnu posjetu u Kijev, javlja Anadolija.

Erdogana su na Međunarodnom aerodromu “Boryspil” dočekali turski ambasador u Kijevu Yagmur Ahmet Guldere sa suprugom Sedom Guldere, ukrajinski ambasador u Ankari Vasil Bodnar i zvaničnici Ministarstva vanjskih poslova Ukrajine.

U delegaciji Turkiye još se nalaze supruga predsjednika Emine Erdogan, ministar vanjskih poslova Mevlut Cavusoglu, ministar odbrane Hulusi Akar, ministar unutrašnjih poslova Suleyman Soylu, ministar energetike i prirodnih resursa Fatih Donmez, ministar industrije i tehnologije Mustafa Varank, šef Ureda za odbrambenu industriju pri Uredu turskog predsjednika Ismail Demir, šef Direkcije za komunikacije pri Uredu predsjednika Turkiye Fahrettin Altun i glasnogovornik Ureda turskog predsjednika Ibrahim Kalin.

Turski zvaničnik rekao je Reutersu da Ankara očekuje da će se napetosti ublažiti nakon susreta u Kijevu s predsjednikom Volodimirom Zelenskim. Ankara i Kijev su dan ranije objavili da će potpisati nekoliko sporazuma, među njima i onaj o slobodnoj trgovini, prenosi Hina.

Kijev i Moskva otvoreni za ideju

Rusija odbacuje tvrdnje Zapada da planira invaziju na Ukrajinu te traži sigurnosne garancije da se NATO neće dalje širiti na istok niti postavljati raketne sisteme u Ukrajinu.

Erdoganova posjeta događa se nakon posjeta čelnika NATO članica Velike Britanije, Poljske i Holandije Kijevu. Turska ima dobre odnose s Ukrajinom i Rusijom, ali rekla je da će kao članica NATO-a učiniti šta je potrebno ako Rusija napadne.

Ankara se još u novembru ponudila da bude posrednikom, a turski diplomatski izvori prošli su mjesec otkrili da su i Kijev i Moskva otvoreni za tu ideju.

Drugi turski zvaničnik, govoreći također pod uslovom anonimnosti, rekao je da će Erdogan u telefonskom pozivu pozvati dvije strane na suzdržanost, pa je dodao da Ankara želi nastaviti saradnju s objema „veoma važnim“ državama.

Turska Ukrajini prodala sofisticirane vojne dronove

Turski pristup nije „zauzimanje jedne strane“, rekao je zvaničnik.

„Erdoganovom inicijativom i uz poruke koje će poslati, očekujemo da će se napetosti smiriti“, zaključio je.

Turska dijeli Crno more s Ukrajinom i Rusijom. Erdogan je rekao kako bi sukob u regiji bio neprihvatljiv te je upozorio Rusiju da invazija ne bi bila mudar potez.

Iako gradi saradnju na području energetike i odbrane s Rusijom, Turska se suprotstavila politici Moskve u Siriji i Libiji, kao i ruskoj aneksiji Krima 2014. godine. Turska je Ukrajini prodala sofisticirane vojne dronove.

Plan posjete

Erdogan će u okviru zvanične posjete položiti vijenac na spomenik Neznanom junaku u Kijevu u znak sjećanja na poginule u Drugom svjetskom ratu, a sastaće se sa Zelenskyim nakon zvanične ceremonije dočeka u palati “Marinskiy”.
