Oduzimanje državnih nadležnosti: Vlada RS usvojila zakon kojim osniva Agenciju za lijekove RS
Vlada Republike Srpske danas je po hitnom postupku usvojila Prijedlog zakona o dopunama Zakona o republičkoj upravi.
Dopuna predviđa novu upravnu organizaciju Agenciju za lijekove i medicinska sredstva Republike Srpske i propisuje poslove koje ona obavlja.
Također propisuje da je Agencija samostalna republička upravna organizacija sa svojstvom pravne osobe.
Predloženim zakonom vrši se usklađivanje Zakona o republičkoj upravi sa Zakonom o lijekovima i medicinskim sredstvima Republike Srpske (“Službeni glasnik Republike Srpske”, broj 118/21), kojim se predviđa osnivanje Agencije za lijekove i medicinska sredstva RS-a.
Ukaz o proglašenju Zakona o lijekovima i medicinskim sredstvima RS objavljen je 29. decembra 2021. u Službenom glasniku RS-a, a potpisala ga je predsjednica RS Željka Cvijanović 23. decembra. Taj zakon na snagu će stupiti za šest mjeseci.
Ovo je nastavak aktivnosti entiteta Republika Srpska kojim se oduzima nadležnost državnim institucijama.
