Lekić otkrila detalje o slučaju ‘respiratori’: Zašto Tužilaštvo štiti prevaranta Marića!
Lekić je upitala zašto je Kristijan Marić zaštićen, kazala je da je to najčudnije u svemu te da li je stvar u davanju lažnih iskaza i što nema dokaza…
Nekoliko posljednjih ročišta na suđenju za nabavku respiratora u FBiH, te detalja koji su se mogli čuti od posrednih ili neposrednih aktera šokirali su javnost i bacili potpuno novo svjetlo na cijeli slučaj.
Poseban šok izazvalo je saznanje da je Tužilaštvo BiH krilo da je Kristijan Marić falsifikovao pečat i potpis premijera Fadila Novalića, te da je pored toga još dobio i imunitet. Sve to navodi na potvrdu političke pozadine cijelog slučaja s ciljem uklanjanja Novalića s pozicije premijera i političkog života uopće.
Potvrdilo se to i iz poruka koje je Marić razmjenjivao u maju 2020. godine sa svojim poslovnim partnerom iz Srbije Dušanom Nešićem kojem je poslao link teksta s portala bljesak.info “SIPA uhapsila Fahrudina Solaka i Fikreta Hodžića; Zadržan i Novalić”, uz poruku “Sve ih uhapsili, sad će ove s vrha SDA”, uz koju su bila tri emotikona (smješka). Na Nešićev komentar: “Auuuuu”, Marić piše: “Ima da mi HDZ spomenik digne”, uz emotikon sa zvijezdama na očima koji se veselo smije. Nešić je Mariću napisao da “izgubi telefon”, na što on odgovara: “To mi je i plan”.
I pored toga, te priznanja da je bio jedan od kreatora plana prevare, Marić je dobio imunitet od Tužilaštva.
Da je predmet zanimanja isključivo Novalić, govori i sinoćnji intervju Sanje Lekić, vlasnice firme iz Crne Gore, koju je Marić optužio da je bila član njegove organizirane grupe. Lekić je iznijela niz tvrdnji potkrijepljenih dokazima, ali i otvorila niz pitanja od kojih na ona najneugodnija tek treba odgovoriti Tužilaštvo BiH.
Ona je u intervjuu za Face TV otkrila da je i sama bila žrtva prevare od strane Kristijana Marića.
– Iz Tužilaštva BiH su dolazili u Crnu Goru, dobili su sve dokumente od mene. Međutim, ništa od toga se nije iskoristilo na suđenjima – rekla je Lekić.
Ona je navela stvarne cijene respiratora i dokaze iz tog perioda, te otkrila da su oni tada dostizali cijenu do 43 hiljade eura.
– Tužioci imaju sve ove podatke, zašto ih nema u procesu. Ti ljudi koji su dolazili iz Tužilaštva BiH u Crnu Goru, preuzeli su svu dokumentaciju. Mirza je jedan od njih, tri sata su me ispitivali. Zanima me zašto ja nisam svjedok na suđenju – kazala je Lekić i upitala ko je Kristijan Marić da određuje cijenu respiratora na osnovu informacija rekla-kazala.
– Zašto Tužilaštvo ne pošalje zvanično upit firmama koje proizvode te respiratore i pitaju zvaničnu tržišnu cijenu na taj dan – upitala je Lekić.
Dodala je da su u tom periodu isti respiratori prodati Norveškoj i Irskoj po cijeni od 43 hiljade eura. Zapitala se kako je moguće da je Tužilaštvo BiH dalo imunitet Mariću.
– Postoji mogućnost da se to utvrdi. Vrlo lako. S velikim zadovoljstvom bih svjedočila i meni je jako čudno da me ne zovu, pogotovo nakon ovih izjava Kristijana Marića. Zašto je on zaštićen, to je ono što je najčudnije pitanje u svemu ovome. Da li je to davanje lažnih iskaza i što nema dokaza, da li je to neki dogovor unutar vaše države – upitala je Lekić.
