Josep Borrell stigao u posjetu bazi Butmir na svečano postrojavanje vojnika EU
Visoki predstavnik Evropske unije za vanjske poslove i sigurnosnu politiku Josep Borrell je stigao u posjetu bazi Butmir gdje je održana i ceremonija postrojavanja.
Kako je rekao, u ovom ključnom trenutku važno je prisustvo snaga EUFOR-a u očuvanju sigurnosti.
“Zato smo uduplali naše snage sa četiri dodatne čete ljudstva. Osnažli smo dodatno svoje prisustvo i u ovom trenutku uvjeravam građane u našu čvrstu opredijeljenost u osiguranje stabilost BiH”, rekao je Borrell.
Dodao je da jačanjem snaga imaju mogućnost još bržeg reagovanja u kriznim situcijama.
“One su pokazatelj naše posvećenosti očuvanju terotorijanog integriteta BiH”, dodao je.
Podsjetio je da je prije 30 godina situacija ovdje situacija bila mnog gora.
“Mi smo od predaka naslijedili prošlost, ali budućnost posuđujemo od budućih naraštaja. Evropska vizija za BiH podrazumijeva mir i sigurnost, slobodu kretanja roba usluga i kapitala. To je vizija za budućnosti”, rekao je.
Da bi ova vizija budućnosti postala realnost, potrebno je zajedničko djelovanje domačih snaga.
