Posjeta visokog predstavnika Srbiji dolazi dan nakon što je odlučio upotrijebiti bonske ovlasti i obustaviti Zakon o imovini RS
Visoki predstavnik međunarodne zajednice u Bosni i Hercegovini Kristijan Šmit (Christian Schmidt) danas bi trebao otputovati u Beograd i sastati se s predsjednikom Srbije Aleksandrom Vučićem.
Ovo će biti prvi sastanak Šmita i Vučića od septembra prošle godine. Posjeta visokog predstavnika Srbiji dolazi dan nakon što je odlučio upotrijebiti bonske ovlasti i obustaviti Zakon o imovini RS.
Razlog za upotrebu bonskih ovlasti je Zakon o nepokretnoj imovini koji je usvojila Narodna skupština RS-a, a koji je u suprotnosti sa odlukama Ustavnog suda BiH. Kako je Šmit pojasnio, zakon je obustavio do odluke Ustavnog suda BiH.
