Strogo čuvani dokumenti o trgovini s Bjelorusijom
Nekoliko važnih projekatau oblasti saobraćaja u Kantonu Sarajevo izazvalo je dosta nedoumica i polemika u javnosti, ali i žustre rasprave među zastupnicima vlasti i opozicije u Skupštini Kantona Sarajevo.
Neuvjerljivost ministra saobraćaja KS Adnana Štete te netransparentnost zbog skrivanja ugovora svakako podrivaju sumnje da neko nije dobro obavio svoj posao.

Prije svega, sporna je fantomska izgradnja tramvajske pruge kojoj se i dalje ne nazire kraj iako je ministar Šteta najavio da će dionica od Ilidže do Remize biti gotova do 1. maja, za šta postoje brojni videozapisi. Mada on sada tvrdi da se radi o mini rokovima koji nisu validni za cjelokupni projekt.
Svakako, sporne su i nabavka trolejbusa i trgovina s Bjelorusijom u trenutku dok su toj zemlji, najbližem partneru Rusije u agresiji na Ukrajinu, uvedene brojne rigorozne sankcije. Ipak, vlada Edina Forte sklopila je ugovor o nabavci 35 bjeloruskih trolejbusa, koji će građane Kantona koštati skoro 40 miliona KM. Ukupno ih je pet stiglo na sarajevski asfalt.
No, Fortina vlada nikada javnosti nije prezentirala sklopljene ugovore iz Minska. Kako nam je ranije pojasnio ministar Šteta, do sada je ukupno plaćeno 20 posto avansa prema ugovoru za 25 trolejbusa, ali nam nije pojasnio o kojem je tačno iznosu riječ. Pozivajući se na Zakon o slobodnom pristupu informacijama, tražili smo na uvid potpisane ugovore, no iz Štetinog kabineta dobili smo odbijenicu.
Kašnjenje radova
Također, nije nam dostavljena ni dokumentacija o višemilionskom projektu rekonstrukcije tramvajskih šina u glavnom gradu i nije nam odgovoreno na pitanje jesu li bili upoznati s historijom nesreća i slučajeva kašnjenja radova kineske korporacije čiji je član firma kojoj je dodijeljen tender.
Tako su tajni ostali podaci koji se odnose na sadržaj ponude kineskog konzorcija, ugovorene rokove i cijene te druge važne informacije, što zastupnicima opozicije svakako daje za pravo da Štetu i Fortu optužuju za moguće nezakonitosti dogovorenog posla.
Niz nesreća
Za kinesku kompaniju koja gradi sarajevsku prugu veže se niz nesreća na radu koje su završile povredom ili pogibijom radnika.
Jedna od njih desila se u Keniji kada se, 26. juna 2017., srušio most čija je gradnja, prema pisanju lokalnih medija, koštala više od 11 miliona dolara, prilikom čega je povrijeđeno 27 radnika.
