Investicijski projekti kao rješenje problema zaposlenja mladih u TK
Ministar privrede Tuzlanskog kantona Edin Duraković ocijenio je da industrijska tradicija tog kantona stvara mogućnosti i osnovu za snažan rast novih tehnologija, proizvoda i procesa.
Prema posljednjim informacijama kojima raspolaže Ministarstvo privrede TK, kazao je Duraković za Fenu, investicije u tom kantonu su iznosile 3,6 milijardi KM te od 2016. godine investiranje ima tendenciju rasta.
Naglašava da se kvalitet radne snage Tuzlanskog kantona ogleda u posjedovanju znanja i vještina neophodnih za rad u ključnim industrijama i sektorima, kao rezultat vrlo razvijenog i raznolikog sistema visokoškolskog i srednjeg obrazovanja, te niza ustanova cjeloživotnog obrazovanja koje omogućavaju dokvalifikaciju i prekvalifikaciju radnika.
Duraković ističe da investicije u Tuzlanskom kantonu u sadašnjim okolnostima i okruženju, predstavljaju bitan faktor u poticaju privrednog razvoja, djelatnosti te rekonstrukcije postojeće i izgradnje nove infrastrukture, bilo da se radi o javnim ili privatnim ulaganjima.
– Dalja ulaganja u značajnije infrastrukture i razvojne projekte u privredi Tuzlanskog kantona bi doprinijele poboljšanju likvidnost privrede, razvoju novih tehnologija i znanja, kreiranju novih radnih mjesta i otvaranju novih tržišta – dodao je Duraković.
Dugogodišnja novinarka Anisa Mahmutović, svoju šansu je pronašla na poziciji menadžerice kompanije koja je dio oglašivačke industrije u zemljama kao što su Sjedinjene Američke Države, Švicarske i Turske.
– Razlika u zapošljavanju kod ulagača u Bosnu i Hercegovinu je u tome što je njima važno koliko znate od onoga što je potrebno u datom trenutku. Nema podjela po nacionalnoj pripadnosti niti im je važno da li ste muško ili žensko. Stručna sprema i pozicioniranje na tržištu je najvažniji faktor, poslovna komunikacija i spremnost na edukaciju – pojasnila je Mahmutović.
Mladima je najvažnije, dodala je, da se poštuju njihova radnička prava.
– Nama je fokus da radimo na daljim razvojnim projektima i ulaganjima u Bosnu i Hercegovinu kako bi omogućili zaposlenje za što više mladih i obrazovanih ljudi. Fokus nam je na onima koji nemaju nikakvo zaposlenje i koji su registrirani u zavodu za zapošljavanje. Trenutno traju novi investicijski projekti u Tuzlanskom kantonu koji će smanjiti broj nezaposlenih – kazala je Mahmutović.
Ključnu privrednu djelatnost u Tuzlanskom kantonu čini prerađivačka industrija, a tradicionalne konkurentske industrije i sektori razvijani na osnovu resursa kojima obiluje kanton su drvoprerađivačka industrija, metaloprerađivačka industrija, poljoprivredna proizvodnja i prehrambena industrija, industrija plastike i alata i hemijska industrija.
Prerađivačka industrija, kojoj većinski pripadaju konkurentski sektori, ostvaruje najveći udio u ukupnom izvozu Tuzlanskog kantona i prednjači po broju pravnih subjekata i obrta koji se bave tom djelatnošću, ali i investicija koje se realizuju u ovim sektorima.
