PODACI UIO BIH Prošle godine u BiH prikupljeno 1,1 milijardu KM od putarina i akciza na naftu
U Upravi za indirektno oporezivanje BiH su nam kazali da je, po osnovu te dvije putarine, u 2018. godini prikupljeno ukupno 620,7 miliona KM, što je za 238 miliona KM više u odnosu na 2017. godinu.
“Ovako velika razlika je zbog činjenice da je u 2018. godini povećana putarina za 0,15 KM po litri derivata i to za putarinu za izgradnju autoputeva i izgradnju i rekonstrukciju ostalih puteva”, kazao je Ratko Kovačević za Klix.ba.
Raspodjela prihoda
Raspodjela prihoda od putarina se dijelila na dva načina, po zasebnim koeficijentima, za izgradnju puteva i za izgradnju autoputeva i izgradnju i rekonstrukciju ostalih puteva.
Od ukupno prikupljene putarine u iznosu od 620,7 miliona KM, prvi dio je putarina za izgradnju puteva i taj dio je iznosio 234,8 miliona KM.
“Ova sredstva su raspoređena sa svim ostalim prihodima od indirektnih poreza, dakle prema koeficijentima koje na kvartalnom nivou usvaja Upravni odbor UIO. Posljednji usvojen koeficijenti kažu da Federacija BiH dobija 64,26 posto, Republika Srpska 32,19 posto i Brčko distrikt 3,55 posto”, kazao je Kovačević.
Drugi dio je putarina za izgradnju autoputeva i izgradnju i rekosnstrukciju ostalih puteva, i rapoređena je po posebnim koeficijentima.
“Federaciji BiH je pripalo 59 posto, Republici Srpskoj 39 posto i Brčko distriktu 2 posto. Ostatak predstavlja rezervu na posebnom podračunu Jedinstvenog računa za poravnanje kada Upravni odbor usvoji konačan akt i raspodjeli ovih sredstava”, istakao je Kovačević.
RASPODJELA:
Federacija BiH – 188,5 Miliona KM
Republiika Srpska – 124,6 miliona KM
Brčko distrikt – 6,4 miliona KM
