Ovo je 3D prikaz investije od oko milijardu KM koja stiže u Tuzlu (FOTO)
Nakon što je Tuzlanski.ba sinoć objavio priču da se na zemljištu “Livnice” u Tuzli gradi luksuzni stambeno-poslovni kompleks koji će predstavljati jednu od najvećih poslijeratnih investicija u BiH, Infoplus danas je objavio i fotografije tog kompleksa čija investicija se mjeri stotinama miliona KM.
Podsjećanja radi, zemljište na kojem je smještena “Livnica” kao i kompletne pogone kupio je aktuelni načelnik Kalesije Sead Džafić koji je to platio oko 14 miliona KM, a već u svom vlasništvu ima firmu Unis Tok u Kalesiji kao i Kovnicu u Bileći. S obzirom na planove Grada Tuzle i na stanje samih proizvodnih pogona, Džafić se odlučio da iz gradske sredine dislocira “Livnicu”, a nova lokacija bit će poznata u narednom periodu, saznaje naš portal.
Vlasnik zemljišta na kojem će se graditi ovaj kompels je Sead Džafić, koji će zajedno sa investitorima učestvovati u izgradnji naselja u kojem će biti i toranj visočiji od “Avaz Twist Tower-a” u Sarajevu. U sklopu stambeno-poslovnog centra bit će restorani, saloni, dječija igrališta kao i uređene saobraćajice sa kružnim tokovima.
Gradonačenik Tuzle Jasmin Imamović gostujući u programu BH Dnevnika je kazao kako Tuzlu očekuje najveća investicija do sada, koja bi mogla napraviti ‘pozitivan zemljotres’, a ona prema njegovim riječima iznosi milijardu KM. “Radi se o grupi investitora iz jedne evropske zemlje. Tako ogromna investicija može noć da pretvori u dan. Više informacije će biti poznato u naredna dva mjeseca” – kazao je Imamović. Tuzlanski.ba
