DAN BIJELIH TRAKA OBILJEŽEN U GRADAČCU
Podjelom “Bijelih traka” članovi Mreže mladih MIZ Gradačac obilježili su dan sjećanja na događaje koji su se počeli dešavati od 31. maja 1992. na području općine Prijedor.
Dan bijelih traka jest dan sjećanja na događaje koji su se počeli dešavati od 31. maja 1992. na području općine Prijedor. Naime, na taj dan izdana je naredba od Kriznog štaba nasilno instalirane vlasti tadašnje općine Prijedor kojom se nesrpskom stanovništvu naređuje isticanje bijelog platna na svojim domovima, dok su nesrbi, uglavnom Bošnjaci i Hrvati, na javnim mjestima na nadlakticama morali nositi bijele trake.[1]
Ta fašistička kampanja, po okrutnosti ravna kampanji protiv Jevreja tokom Drugog svjetskog rata, bila je uvod u etničko čišćenje nesrpskog stanovništva i genocidu nad Bošnjacima na području Prijedora.
Koliko je ta vjerska i nacionalna netrpeljivost bila pogubna najbolje ilustrira činjenica da je tokom 3 i po godine rata na području Prijedora ubijeno 3176 ljudi. Kroz koncentracione logore (Omarska, Trnopolje i Keraterm) prošle su desetine hiljade ljudi, nad kojima su izvršene masovne egzekucije, zločini silovanja, različite vrste tortura, kao i zločini protiv čovječnosti. Također, u Prijedoru je ubijeno 102 djece mlađe od 18 godina.
Dan bijelih traka obilježava se svake godine u pojedinim gradovima Bosne i Hercegovine, kao i gradovima širom svijeta.
SVJETSKI DAN KUDSA
Treba napomenuti da je danas i Svjetski dan Kudsa, kao simbol međunarodne pažnje prema palestinskom pitanju i podrške palestinskom narodu. Obilježava se svake godine posljednjeg dana u mjeseceu ramazanu.
Zahvaljujemo se vrijednim članovima Mreže mladih: Adni Mehanović, Enisi Nurkić, Nejri Peštalić, Selmi Imširović, Ernadu Djedoviću, Ademiru Kukuruzović, Ahmedu Djedoviću i Minadu Kukuruzoviću koji su učestvovali u podjeli traka.
