Merkel: Mnogi poslodavci i kompanije hitno traže kvalifikovane radnike
Njemačka kancelarka Angela Merkel rekla je da se brojne kompanije u Njemačkoj suočavaju s ozbiljnim problemom nedostatka kvalifikovane radne snage. Kancelarka je u nedjeljnoj videoporuci upozorila da bi mnoge kompanije mogle da napuste Njemačku ako ne budu u stanju da pronađu dovoljno kvalifikovanih radnika.
Merkel je naglasila da je problem toliko ozbiljan da se svaki sektor u zemlji suočava s nedostakom kvalifikovanih radnika.
Podsjećajući da je u Njemačkoj pre 15 godina bilo oko pet miliona nezaposlenih, Merkel je kazala da danas kompanije imaju veoma ozbiljan problem nedostatka kvalifikovane radne snage.
“Mnogi poslodavci i kompanije hitno traže kvalifikovane radnike. Zbog toga i mi hitno moramo da uložimo dodatne napore kako bi imali kvalifikovane radnike. Inače će kompanije morati da idu drugdje. Naravno da to ne želimo”, rekla je Merkel.
Ona je izrazila zadovoljstvo što oko 2,5 miliona ljudi iz zemalja članica Evropske unije radi u Njemačkoj, napominjući da to ipak nije dovoljno. Naglasila je da je potrebno poduzeti dodatne mjere kako bi u Njemačku dolazili kvalifikovani radnici i iz zemalja izvan EU.
Istakla je da zakon koji će stupiti na snagu u martu 2020. godine, s ciljem da se smanji deficit kvalifikovane radne snage, priprema pravnu osnovu za rješavanje ovog ekonomskog problema.
