AFERA RESPIRATORI |Nastavak suđenja
Federalni premijer Fadil Novalić i ostalih troje optuženih u predmetu “Respiratori” stigli su na novo ročište na Sudu Bosne i Hercegovine. Za danas je predviđen nastavak svjedočenja Sanite Alagić, uposlenice Federalne uprave civilne zaštite (FUCZ).
Alagić je u FUCZ-u bila šefica Sektora za materijalno-tehničke poslove i javne nabavke te je bila odgovorna za nabavku medicinske opreme.
Ona je na prošlom ročištu istakla da je na osnovu procjene tržišta i ponuda firmi utvrđivala nabavke – šta kupiti i koliko nečega kupiti. Kako je navela, kupovinu testova na koronavirus, rukavica, maski, zaštitnih odijela i naočala je utvrđivala na osnovu potreba stanovništva i zdravstvenih ustanova.
U ovom predmetu, osim premijera Novalića, optuženi su i suspendovani direktor FUCZ-a Fahrudin Solak, vlasnik “Srebrene maline” Fikret Hodžić i federalna ministrica finansija Jelka Milićević.
Optužnica ih tereti i za pranje novca, falsifikovanje ili uništavanje poslovnih ili trgovačkih knjiga ili isprava, falsifikovanje službene isprave i povredu obaveze vođenja trgovačkih ili poslovnih knjiga i sastavljanja finansijskih izvještaja i njihovo falsifikovanje ili uništavanje.
Milićević je optužena za nesavjestan rad u službi.
