Advokat Mirnes Ajanović u ime ujedinjenih građana BiH uputio zahtjev za pristup informacijama zbog nezakonitih odluka kriznih štabova.
Nakon serije nezakonitih i po život opasnih naredbi kriznih štabova u FBiH, koji su medicinski neutemeljene naredbe brzo donosili pa još brže ukidali zbog podnesenih krivičnih prijava, danas je advokat Mirnes Ajanović, u ime preko stotinu potpisnika iz FBiH, RS i Brčko distrikta, uputio novi zahtjev za pristup informacijama Zavodu za javno zdravstvo, Federalnom ministarstvu zdravstva, Vladi KS i pomoćniku ministra za javno zdravlje Goranu Čerkezu s ciljem prikupljanja informacija o zarazi koronavirusa i provjere postoje li pravni i medicinski propusti u radu kriznih štabova. Tim eksperata iz narodnog i samoorganizovanog kriznog štaba, pod nazivom Narodni krizni štab, ustanovio je pravne i medicinske propuste u radu Federalnog Kriznog štaba i drugih formalnih struktura vlasti te je sastavljena lista od devet pitanja, čijim se odgovorima na ta pitanja želi blagovremeno spriječiti dalje diskriminatorsko djelovanje i nastanak eventualne štete koje prouzrokuju nezakonito naredbe svih kriznih štabova u FBiH. Pitanja su sastavljena u okviru pravila o samoizolaciji vakcinisanih, VTP pravila i upotrebu vakcina protiv koronavirusa, a bez važeće dozvole za stavljanje u promet u BiH.
Pitanja koja su upućena po ovom zahtjevu su:
- Da li vakcinisane osobe mogu biti asimptomatski zaražene i tako prenositi virus Sars-Cov-2?
- Da li i dalje važi pravilo da osobe mogu biti asimptomatski zaražene virusom Sars-Cov-2?
- Da li je period inkubacije virusa isti za vakcinisane i nevakcinisane osobe?
- Čime dokazujete da vakcinisane osobe nisu zarazne dok se ne pojave simptomi?
- Tražimo dostavljanje naučne komparativne studije za vakcinisane i nevakcinisane, koja potvrđuje ispravnost preporuke Kriznog štaba FBiH da vakcinisane osobe ne trebaju u izolaciju u slučaju kontakta sa zaraženim?
- Na osnovu čega tvrdite da vaša odluka da vakcinisane osobe ne trebaju u izolaciju do pojave simptoma neće ugroziti živote lica sa udruženim bolestima i hroničnim oboljenjima?
- Zašto je Vlada KS uvela VTP pravilo za hotele, hostele i ostale smještaje, kao i izdavanje tzv “Covid safe zone” naljepnice u Kantonu Sarajevo, kada je takva mjera diskriminatorska, nezakonita i medicinski neutemeljena zbog činjenice da i vakcinisani mogu biti zaraženi i prenositi virus, jer se po navedenoj mjeri da zaključiti da je namjera Vlade KS bila omogućavanje vakcinisanim širenja zaraze koronavirusa bez bilo kakve kontrole, s obzirom da bi jedino mjera kontrole svih bila adekvatna u cilju spriječavanja širenja zaraze?
- Tražimo informaciju koje preporuke Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije i Europske medicinske agencije prati pomoćnik ministra za javno zdravlje Goran Čerkez, kada je opštepoznato da je Europska medicinska agencija objavila da nema detaljne podatke šta se nalazi u vakcinama, a generalni director Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije 24.11.2021. godine izjavio: “Čak iako ste vakcinisani poduzmite mjere zaštite kako bi zaštitili i sebe i drugog ko bi mogao da umre. To znači: nosite masku, održavajte distancu, izbjegavajte gužvu i sastajte se ako možete napolju, ili u dobro prozračenom prostoru”?
- Tražimo informaciju po kojem je zakonu u BiH dozvoljeno upotrebljavati lijekove, u ovom slučaju vakcine protiv virusa Sars-Cov-2, koje nemaju važeću dozvolu za stavljanje u promet?
