AKCIJA “BREND”

Poznata imena uhapšenih službenika UIO osumnjičenih za reketiranje

Slobode lišen šef Grupe za sprečavanje krijumčarenja i prekršaja u Regionalnom centru UIO u Tuzli Boris Filipović

Zbog korupcije i reketiranja privrednika, najmanje šest službenika Uprave za indirektno oporezivanje BiH uhapšeno jutros (srijeda) u Tuzli, saznaje Istraga.ba. Akciju provodi Državna agencija za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA), a po naredbama Suda BiH u okviru istrage Tužilaštva BiH.

SIPA, saznajemo, u ovom predmetu provodi istragu protiv najmanje šesto osoba i u toku su pretresi njihovih stanova i drugih objekata koje koriste. Prvoosumnjičeni je, prema informacijama Israge, Boris Filipović, šef Grupe za sprečavanje krijumčarenja i prekršaja u Regionalnom centru Uprave za indirektno oporezivanje u Tuzli. Osim njega, pod istragom su još Milorad Krčar i Benko Galić.

Prema informacijama Istrage, osumnjičeni službenici UIO su godinama reketirali poduzetnike na Tržnici Arizona što je dokumentovano primjenom posebnih istražnih radnji, odnosno prisluškivanjem njihovih telefona. Oni su za prikrivanje nezakonitosti uzimali mito u novcu i robi. Svi su povezani sa Jelenom Majstorović, šeficom Grupe za krijumčarenje u UIO u Banja Luci. Ona, međutim, nije uhapšena iako postoje dokazi o njenoj povezanosti sa sumnjivim poslovima ove tuzlanske grupe.

Pripadnici Agencije za istrage i zaštitu BiH (SIPA) uhapsili su jutros u akciji “Brend” šest službenika Uprave za indirektno oporezivanje (UIO) BiH osumnjičenih za zloupotrebu službenog položaja,odnosno korupciju i reketiranje privrednika.

Slobode je lišen šef Grupe za sprečavanje krijumčarenja i prekršaja u Regionalnom centru UIO u Tuzli Boris Filipović, koji je i prvosumnjičeni u ovom slučaju, piše “Glas Srpske”.

Osim njega uhapšeni su i Milorad Krčar, Elvir Ćosić, Vedad Osmanović, Ladisav Zabo i Benko Galić. Nezvanično, svi su službenici Regionalnog centra UIO u Tuzli.

Pretreseni su stambeni objekti, poslovni prostori i vozila na šest lokacija u Tuzli, Bijeljini, Lukavcu, Gradačcu i Lončarima.

Akciju SIPA sprovodi pod nadzorom Tužilaštva BiH i po nalogu Suda BiH.

Prije dvije godine, krajem februara, u istoimenoj akciji pripadnici SIPA su uhapsili 11 carinskih službenika zbog primanja mita na graničnim prelazima Bosanska Gradiška, Šamac i Orašje, a pretresane su prostorije UIO BiH i drugi objekti na 22 lokacije.

Tada su osumnjičeni bili pod istragom zbog sumnje da su nezakonito uzimali novac ili druge oblike koristi, kako bi prilikom uvoza robe iz Hrvatske u BiH, propuštali mjere carinskog nadzora koji su bili obvezni vršiti.
