Akcija SIPA-e širom BiH, pretresi na 15 lokacija
U nastavku aktivnosti u okviru operativne akcije kodnog naziva “Zadruga”, policijski službenici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (daljem tekstu: SIPA) vrše pretrese službenih prostorija 15 pravnih lica na području Sarajeva, Mostara, Livna, Konjica, Širokog Brijega, Tuzle, Gradačca, Donjeg Vakufa i Zenice.
Pretresi se vrše po Naredbi Kantonalnog suda Kantona Sarajevo, zbog sumnje u izvršenje krivičnog djela ”Organizovani kriminal” iz člana 342. stava (2) i (3) KZ FBiH u vezi sa krivičnim djelima ”Pranje novca” iz člana 272. stava (2) u vezi sa stavom (1) KZ FBiH, ”Zloupotreba službenog položaja” iz člana 383. stava (3) u vezi sa stavom (1) KZ FBiH, “Krivotvorenje isprave” iz člana 373. stava (2) u vezi sa stavom (1) KZ FBiH i “Nedozvoljeno korištenje ličnih podataka” iz člana 193. KZ FbiH.
Tokom realizacije navedenih aktivnosti, u koordiniciji sa Kantonalnim tužilaštvom Kantona Sarajevo i Kantonalnim sudom u Sarajevu, izdejstvovane su tri usmene naredbe za pretres koje se odnose na dva pravna lica i jedan stambeni porodični objekat.
Navedene aktivnosti policijski službenici SIPA-e provode u saradnji sa policijskim službenicima MUP-a Kantona Sarajevo, MUP-a Hercegovačko-neretvanskog kantona, MUP-a Kantona 10, MUP-a Zapadno-hercegovačkog kantona, MUP-a Tuzlanskog kantona, MUP-a Srednjobosanskog kantona i MUP-a Zeničko-dobojskog kantona.
“Napominjemo da su u okviru predmeta „Zadruga“ u prethodnom periodu policijski službenici SIPA realizovali dvije operativne akcije u koordinaciji i pod nadzorom Kantonalnog tužilaštva Kantona Sarajevo. Takođe, SIPA je u sklopu nastavka saradnje sa Kantonalnim tužilaštvom Kantona Sarajevo po navedenom predmetu podnijela Izvještaj o počinjenim krivičnim djelim i izvršiocima protiv dva fizička i dva pravna lica zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su počinili krivično djelo ”Pranje novca” iz člana 272. KZ FBiH, na način da su prijavljena fizička lica u periodu od 2010. godine do 2017. godine osnovali dva pravna lica kao agencije za posredovanje u zapošljavanju, putem kojih su, po osnovu fakturisanja usluga, koje stvarno nisu izvršene, omogućili prikrivanje prirode, izvora i porijekla novčanih sredstava u ukupnom iznosu od 51.765.502,19 KM koja su stečena krivičnim djelima”, navode iz SIPA-e.
